摘要:本設(shè)計是徐州市高鐵時代廣場3號樓建筑給水排水工程設(shè)計,該建筑是地上為三十一層高層商業(yè)辦公樓,地上建筑面積36242m2,其中一層為小型商業(yè)用房,二至三十一層為辦公用房。 該建筑的給水排水設(shè)計主要包括高層室內(nèi)給水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,高層建筑排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計,高層消防系統(tǒng)設(shè)計以及高層熱水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。生活給水系統(tǒng):采用分區(qū)給水,共計四個區(qū)。經(jīng)水壓估算,31層共分成四個區(qū),1-5層為低區(qū),由市政直接供水,6-14層共九層為高一區(qū),15-23層共九層為高二區(qū),24-31層共八層為高三區(qū)。低區(qū)與高區(qū)均采用下行上給的供水方式;高區(qū)管道路徑為:城市管網(wǎng)-->地下生活水箱-->變頻調(diào)速水泵-->高區(qū)各層用水點。 排水系統(tǒng):采用污、廢水分流制,排水系統(tǒng)設(shè)伸頂通氣管,污水經(jīng)化糞池處理后排入市政污水管網(wǎng)。 消防系統(tǒng):采用消火栓給水系統(tǒng),室內(nèi)消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用臨時高壓給水,由消防水池、加壓泵、供水管、閥門、室內(nèi)消火栓等組成?;馂?zāi)初期10min的用水量由屋頂消防水箱供給,正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取。室內(nèi)消火栓用水量和室外消火栓用水量分別取30L/S和40L/S。 熱水系統(tǒng):采用封閉式機械循環(huán)熱水系統(tǒng),分區(qū)情況與冷水系統(tǒng)一致,熱水系統(tǒng)采用容積式水加熱器供應(yīng)。 給水系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)均采用PP—R給水管材,排水系統(tǒng)采用塑料排水管,消火栓給水系統(tǒng)采用熱鍍鋅鋼管。 設(shè)計中涉及到的管道布置、計算與安裝及設(shè)備選型,均應(yīng)遵循相關(guān)規(guī)范的要求,力求經(jīng)濟合理,簡潔高效。 關(guān)鍵詞 高層建筑;給水;消防;排水;熱水
