摘要:中國自2005年起規(guī)定超過10層的住宅建筑和超過24米的其他民用建筑被稱為高層建筑。高層建筑給水排水工程是城市建設中重要的基礎設施項目，它既與地層建筑給水排水工程有聯(lián)系同時也有區(qū)別。正確設計高層建筑給水排水工程有重大社會經濟意義。本課題的主要目的是綜合整合和運用所學過的必修課、選修課等專業(yè)技術課知識，在教師指導下培養(yǎng)自己獨立完成高層建筑給水、排水、消防及熱水供應等設計的能力。 本設計是宿遷市君臨天下辦公樓建筑給排水工程設計，主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系、消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)四個部分。 本建筑為12層商業(yè)辦公樓，其中第十二層主要用來布置屋頂?shù)谋匾O施。市政給水管網常年提供的資用水頭為0.28MPa，經技術經濟比較，室內給水系統(tǒng)擬采用分區(qū)給水方式。初步擬定該建筑給水系統(tǒng)分二區(qū)：1至6層為低區(qū)，由市政管網直接供水；7到12層為高區(qū)，由水泵和水箱聯(lián)合供水。建筑排水系統(tǒng)采用合流制，直接排入下水道。建筑雨水系統(tǒng)采用普通的外排水系統(tǒng)。消火栓給水系統(tǒng)和自動噴水滅火系統(tǒng)采用不分區(qū)的供水方式，兩者均采用設水泵和水箱的臨時高壓給水方式。消火栓的布置范圍包括各樓層、消防電梯前室和屋頂檢驗用。建筑內噴頭數(shù)量約980個，設2組濕式報警閥，報警閥后管網為枝狀網，每層設水流指示器。給水管和排水管分別采用PP—R管和UPVC管，消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)都采用鍍鋅鋼管。 關鍵詞 高層建筑；給水系統(tǒng)；排水系統(tǒng)；熱水系統(tǒng)；消防系統(tǒng)
Abstract:Building water project is important in city construction of infrastructure projects, water and wastewater engineering design and construction right has significant social and economic significance. Water supply system using zoning water supply, low area to the second floor, a direct water-supply pipe by the municipal; The central three layer to eleven layer, high area by 12 to 20 layer, high water tank pressure reducing valve, the basement way for pump water supply to the roof of the high water tank, again by high water tank pipe to medium and high area water; Drainage system USES is unclean, waste bypass system, ground floor drain, drainage stand pipe alone out ventilation tube, a top in the septic tank processing sewage to the municipal sewage pipe network backseats; Fire protection system points hydrant water system and automatic sprinkler system, including fire hydrant system combined by water pump water tank.
