摘要:水資源短缺是21世紀(jì)人類(lèi)面臨的最為嚴(yán)峻的資源問(wèn)題之一,污水回用經(jīng)常被作為首選方案,很重要的原因在于水源就近可得,水量穩(wěn)定,不會(huì)發(fā)生與鄰相爭(zhēng)。污水回用既可以有效地節(jié)約和利用有限的和寶貴的淡水資源,又可以減少污水或廢水的排放量,減輕水環(huán)境的污染,還可以緩解城市排水管道的超負(fù)荷現(xiàn)象,具有明顯的社會(huì)效益、環(huán)境效益和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。 本課題是根據(jù)“連云港市建設(shè)規(guī)劃”要求而建的排水工程設(shè)計(jì),城區(qū)內(nèi)有4家企業(yè),其排放廢水水質(zhì)達(dá)到了《污水排入城市下水道水質(zhì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》;以及學(xué)校1所。城區(qū)內(nèi)無(wú)排水系統(tǒng)、無(wú)污水處理廠(chǎng)。要求新建污水處理廠(chǎng)出水水質(zhì)應(yīng)滿(mǎn)足《城鎮(zhèn)污水處理廠(chǎng)污染物排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(GB18918-2002)中的一級(jí)A標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。城市污水經(jīng)處理后,60%就近排入水體,40%作為城市景觀(guān)環(huán)境用水。 根據(jù)本區(qū)的地形,本設(shè)計(jì)采用正交式污水排水系統(tǒng),雨水就近排入水體。完全分流制排水系統(tǒng)。 根據(jù)城市所處的地理位置和污水廠(chǎng)的規(guī)模,并結(jié)合考慮需脫氮除磷的要求,城市污水處理廠(chǎng)設(shè)計(jì)采用卡魯塞爾氧化溝工藝。該工藝污水處理流程為:從粗格柵到泵房,進(jìn)入細(xì)格柵,平流沉砂池,氧化溝,輻流式二沉池,消毒池,中水處理,出水排放。污泥處理流程為:從二沉池和初沉池排除的剩進(jìn)余污泥首先入污泥提升泵房,進(jìn)入污泥濃縮池,貯泥池,污泥消化池,污泥脫水間,泥餅外運(yùn)。深度處理在投加混凝劑后采用普通快濾池過(guò)濾加氯消毒后用于中水回用。 關(guān)鍵詞:污水回用 污泥濃縮 中水處理 深度處理 快濾池
