摘要:本設計是某十六層以辦公為主的綜合性大樓的建筑給排水設計,主要包括給水系統(tǒng)、排水系統(tǒng)、消防系統(tǒng)、熱水系統(tǒng)四個部分。 給水系統(tǒng)采用分區(qū)供水,一到六層為低區(qū),因城市管網(wǎng)常年可資用水頭遠不能滿足用水要求,不能滿足建筑內(nèi)部用水要求,故考慮二次加壓。七層到十五層為高區(qū),采用上行下給的供水方式,由地下車庫的供水泵供水到屋頂?shù)母呶凰?,再由高位水箱向高區(qū)管網(wǎng)供水;排水系統(tǒng)采用的是污、廢合流制,底層單獨排水,排水立管僅設伸頂通氣管,污水再經(jīng)化糞池處理后排向市政污水管網(wǎng);消防系統(tǒng)設計成消火栓滅火系統(tǒng),火災初期10min的水由消防水箱供給,正常供水由消防水泵從貯水池內(nèi)抽取。根據(jù)設計資料,本設計需對1-15層供應熱水。為保證同一用水點的冷、熱水壓力平衡,熱水管道沿著給水管道布置,采用封閉式機械循環(huán)熱水系統(tǒng)。各系統(tǒng)中的立管設在管井內(nèi)或沿墻敷設,水平管根據(jù)各系統(tǒng)的特點明敷或暗敷。給水管和排水管分別采用PP—R管和UPVC管,消防系統(tǒng)和熱水系統(tǒng)都采用鍍鋅鋼管。 關鍵詞:高層建筑;建筑給排水;給水管材
