摘 要 本文詳細(xì)介紹了汽車使用安全技術(shù),汽車使用節(jié)能技術(shù),汽車使用環(huán)保技術(shù)等主要因素對(duì)汽車使用及報(bào)廢生命周期的影響。 汽車產(chǎn)品生命周期,是指汽車產(chǎn)品從開發(fā)設(shè)計(jì)含原材料、燃料的采用、制造、使用及報(bào)廢回收等環(huán)節(jié)組成的生命鏈。亦即體現(xiàn)汽車產(chǎn)品從自然中來(lái)又回到自然中去的物質(zhì)轉(zhuǎn)化全過(guò)程。 為了研究汽車使用生命和報(bào)廢生命過(guò)程對(duì)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的影響,采用生命周期分析的方法對(duì)汽車使用及回收兩個(gè)階段中所產(chǎn)生的排放物進(jìn)行了分析和計(jì)算,并對(duì)汽車使用90號(hào)無(wú)鉛汽油、液化石油氣、液化天然氣、車用乙醇汽油對(duì)環(huán)境及生命周期造成的影響進(jìn)行了比較。 結(jié)果表明: 兩個(gè)階段對(duì)環(huán)境都有一定的污染;使用液化天然氣和車用乙醇汽油為汽車燃料以及對(duì)報(bào)廢汽車進(jìn)行能源化回收利用是有益的。使用液化天然氣和車用乙醇汽油為汽車燃料可大幅降低環(huán)境污染并有利于對(duì)汽車進(jìn)行能源化回收。 處理廢棄物要遵循“4R”原則,減少來(lái)源、再使用、循環(huán)、回收。分析報(bào)廢汽車的塑料、橡膠、纖維和紡織品等廢棄物的循環(huán)利用問題。 關(guān)鍵詞:生命周期,節(jié)能,環(huán)保,液化天然氣,乙醇汽油
Abstract This article introduced in detail on the use of the life cycle and other factors, the use of security, the use of energy, the use of environmental protection. The product life cycle is the product design including the development of the raw materials, fuels and manufacturing, and scrapping of recovery, etc. the life of the chain. Which embody the natural product of nature to get back to the material. For studying the effect of vehicle on environment in its whole life span, the emission produced in the two stages (use and recycling) of vehicle life is analyzed and calculated by life cycle assessment. The effects of different fuels (90# lead-free gasoline, LPG, LNG and gasohol) on environment are also compared. The results show that certain pollutions are produced and have some effects on environment in two phases of vehicle life, and using LNG and gasohol as fuel for vehicles as much as possible and recycling of discarded vehicle are all beneficial. Use of the LNG and gasohol for the automotive fuel ethanol car can be beneficial to reduce environmental pollution and to the car for the recovery of energy.
