摘要 本文主要研究麥弗遜前懸架設(shè)計分析方法,以及懸架運動與操縱穩(wěn)定性的變化關(guān)系。 首先,對懸架的性能參數(shù)進(jìn)行選擇,包括前后懸架的偏頻、相對阻尼系數(shù)、非簧載質(zhì)量等。在選擇完基本參數(shù)后,對懸架的彈性元件進(jìn)行設(shè)計計算,之后設(shè)計前獨立懸架的導(dǎo)向機構(gòu)。然后設(shè)計減振器,計算減振器的尺寸,并且驗算減振器是否滿足強度要求。最后,為前懸架設(shè)計了一個橫向穩(wěn)定桿。 接著以某SUV為例,應(yīng)用多體運動學(xué)與動力學(xué)仿真軟件ADAMS中的CAR模塊方便地建立了懸架系統(tǒng)的仿真模型,并進(jìn)行了仿真計算。本文給出了前輪四個定位參數(shù)各自的定義,分析了這些定位參數(shù)對車輛性能的影響。本文還簡單地介紹了虛擬仿真技術(shù)以及虛擬仿真軟件ADAMS/Car的基本應(yīng)用,敘述了在ADAMS/Car的軟件平臺上,運動學(xué)模型的創(chuàng)建和仿真分析的具體過程。接下來,本論文對建好的麥克弗遜前懸架系統(tǒng)模型進(jìn)行了仿真分析。通過模擬平行車輪跳動,得出了前輪四個定位參數(shù)各自的初始值以及變化特性曲線。并對這四個定位參數(shù)的變化特性進(jìn)行了簡單的分析。本論文還使用ADAMS/Insigh中的設(shè)計研究和優(yōu)化設(shè)計功能,對懸架模型進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化分析。調(diào)整、改良了廠家前懸架模型的幾何尺寸及位置的原始數(shù)據(jù),得到了較為成功的優(yōu)化結(jié)果。 關(guān)鍵詞:設(shè)計,麥克弗遜懸架,建模,仿真分析。
Abstract This article is mainly about to study the method of designing a 2L car’s front Macpherson suspension, and the article analyze the relation between suspension movementand front wheel alignment parameters. First, we choose the suspension’s property paremeters, including front suspension’s frequency, relative viscosity, unsprung mass. After these basic parameters were chosen, we comes on to calculate the spring of the suspension. And next comes to design the control bars of the front independent suspension. Then, we design shock absorbers including calculate the size of the absorbers and also check the absorbers to see if it meets the demand of strength. At last , it designs a anti-roll bar for the front Macpherson suspension. Then this article establishes the simulation modeling of a suspension with ADAMS/CAR and verifies the results based on the parameters of a certain 2L SUV.This paper gives definition to four Fore-wheel Locating Parameters and analyze the influence of the Macpherson Suspension’s parameters to the Vehicle’s riding performance. Also, this paper touches the basic elements of the Virtual Prototyping Technology and Virtual Prototyping software-ADAMS/Car, and it illuminates the process of how a kinematics model is been built and analyzed on the platform of ADAMS software. In this thesis, ADAMS software is used in the analyze and optimize process of Vehicle Independent Suspension. By imposing a upright motion of a parallel wheel travel test to the suspension, I can get and analyze the fluctuating of suspension’s four parameters while automobile is running. Also in this paper, Design Study & Optimization function is used. In Optimization, with the optimize aim of properly reduce preliminary value and its fluctuate range, the suspension model’s size and geometry structure get improved.The optimize result is quite successful oppositely.
