摘要:殼聚糖(CTS)是一種天然有機高分子化合物,無毒副作用,可以完全生物降解。其分子結(jié)構(gòu)為直鏈型,分子上大量存在氨基與羥基活性基團,可發(fā)生羧基化、乙?;⒘u甲基化、氧化、酯化等反應,也可在雙官能團的醛或酸酐等交聯(lián)劑作用下發(fā)生交聯(lián)反應,故在醫(yī)藥、環(huán)保、食品、造紙、農(nóng)業(yè)等諸多領域得到了廣泛的應用。在水處理領域,殼聚糖可作為絮凝劑或吸附劑。但是,殼聚糖作為絮凝劑單獨使用時,存在受pH影響大、陽離子特性弱、穩(wěn)定性差及難以適用于各種復雜水質(zhì)等缺點,必須對其進行改性處理。 文中以Fe3+為改性劑,制備了CTS-Fe絮凝劑,通過對制備過程中的溶液pH、CTS/Fe質(zhì)量比、反應時間三個影響因素進行研究,找出最佳的制備條件。同時,通過對CTS、PFC、CTS-PFC、CTS-Fe的絮凝性能比較,發(fā)現(xiàn)CTS-Fe的絮凝效果優(yōu)于其它三種絮凝劑,證明CTS與Fe并不是簡單的復配,而是兩者的反應物。將制備好的絮凝劑分別在直接蘭、活性紅、分散深蘭三種染料廢水中應用,對廢水pH、絮凝劑投加量、廢水濃度及沉降時間進行探討,得出最佳的絮凝工藝條件。 針對絮凝過程中,絮體顆粒不夠大及沉速問題,對絮凝劑再次進行改進,制備CTS-Fe-Al絮凝劑,與CTS-Fe絮凝效果對比,得出CTS-Fe-Al絮凝劑效果較好。 關鍵詞:殼聚糖 絡合 改性絮凝劑 染料廢水
Abstract:Chitosan is a kind of inartificial organic compound of macromolecule in nature, which has the advantage of no toxic side effects and complete biological decomposition.Chitosan, whose structure is straight chain, has lots of amino and hydroxy reactive groups in the molecule.As carboxyl, acetylation, hydroxy-methylation, oxidation, esterification and cross-linking(when cross-bifunctional aldehyde or anhydride is used as linking agents) reactions occurs in the molecule, it has been widely applied in many fields such as medicine, environmental protection, food, paper, agriculture.In the field of water treatment, chitosan can be used as a flocculant or adsorbent.However, when chitosan is used as a flocculant separately, with the influence of pH, low cation characteristics, poor stability and difficult to apply in a variety of complex water quality and et al, chitosan must be taken to be modified. In this article, as Fe3+ for a modifier, the research prepared Chitosan complex iron flocculant(CTS-Fe).Three factors during the preparation process such as pH of flocculant solution, the CTS/Fe ratio and reaction time were studied to identify the optimum preparation conditions.At the same time, comparing the flocculation performance of CTS, PFC, CTS-PFC and CTS-Fe, we found that the CTS-Fe flocculation is better than the other three flocculants.So CTS and Fe do not simply mix, but the reaction of both matters.Flocculant Prepared was applied in the dyes wastewater of Direct Blue, Reactive Red, Scattered Dark Blue.The effects of pH of wastewater, flocculant dosage, dye concentration and settling time were investigated to explore the best flocculation conditions. During the flocculation period, the floc particles is not enough large and the problem of settling velocity, so the flocculant was modified again to CTS-Fe-Al flocculant.Compared with the CTS-Fe flocculation, the performance of CTS-Fe-Al flocculant is better.
