摘要：本課題設(shè)計(jì)一鋼板厚度測(cè)量系統(tǒng)，該系統(tǒng)能自動(dòng)測(cè)出鋼板的厚度，超越上下限則報(bào)警，代替原先的手工抽樣測(cè)量，提高了工作效率，防止抽樣檢查客觀上存在的漏檢。在線自動(dòng)測(cè)量的任務(wù)就是要通過(guò)自動(dòng)檢測(cè)，及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格產(chǎn)品。測(cè)量的基本工作原理是利用低頻透射式電渦流傳感器測(cè)量得的電壓和鋼板厚度有關(guān)，通過(guò)A/D轉(zhuǎn)換將所測(cè)電壓轉(zhuǎn)換成二進(jìn)制數(shù)據(jù)送單片微型計(jì)算機(jī)進(jìn)行處理，單片微型計(jì)算機(jī)將該數(shù)據(jù)經(jīng)非線性正后送顯示器顯示，并且和預(yù)置的上下閑值進(jìn)行比較超限報(bào)警。 關(guān)鍵字： 電渦流；A/D轉(zhuǎn)換；顯示器；單片機(jī)。
