摘要:鉆井取心的目的是提供地下原始資料，同時也是獲取地層中的巖性和地下含油儲量的情況等資料的最直接有效的手段。石油勘探、開發(fā)過程都離不開巖心的提取這一步。在開發(fā)之前必須要取得完整的第一性資料，只有通過對大量對巖心的分析與研究才能為石油或是天然氣的開采制定合理的開發(fā)方案。在本次設(shè)計中的保壓密閉取心技術(shù)是在保持地層壓力的一種尖端取心技術(shù)，它采用了保壓取心工具和封閉的液體，通過在井底高壓的鉆井液驅(qū)動下實(shí)現(xiàn)內(nèi)外筒的差動運(yùn)動來實(shí)現(xiàn)關(guān)閉內(nèi)筒的球閥，這樣就可以將巖心密封在內(nèi)筒中,保證取心過程中巖心中油氣水不流失，保持地層流體和巖心樣本的完整性。當(dāng)巖心從井底被取出地面后進(jìn)行冷凍和保存在干冰中。在凍結(jié)的情況下，然后可以拆卸內(nèi)筒并把巖心切成幾個小段帶到實(shí)驗(yàn)室去分析實(shí)驗(yàn)。不論在什么時候保壓巖心必須在干冰中保持冷凍，這樣才會取得具有原始地層壓力的巖心，對取全取準(zhǔn)地層資料具有重要意義。因此，不斷的完善改進(jìn)保壓密閉取心工具顯得十分重要。 關(guān)鍵詞：保壓 密封 取心工具 巖心

In freezing conditions, then you can remove the tube and the rock eager into several small pieces to the lab analysis experiment. No matter at what time the holding must remain frozen in ice cores, such ability can obtain core with the original formation pressure, to take all take accurate stratigraphic information is of great significance.
