摘要:本實(shí)驗(yàn)以三七、茯苓、黃連、重樓和木香為材料,通過(guò)不同干灰法條件(溫度、時(shí)間)對(duì)這五種中草藥進(jìn)行處理,然后用石墨爐原子吸收光譜法測(cè)定樣品中微量元素Cu的含量。三七的最佳灰化條件:時(shí)間6小時(shí),溫度550℃;茯苓最佳灰化條件:時(shí)間4小時(shí),溫度400℃;黃連最佳灰化條件:時(shí)間4小時(shí),溫度550℃;重樓最佳灰化條件:時(shí)間4小時(shí),溫度550℃;木香最佳灰化條件:時(shí)間6小時(shí),溫度550℃。干法灰化條件下石墨爐原子吸收光譜法有效測(cè)定三七等五種中草藥中Cu含量,操作簡(jiǎn)便、快捷。三七、茯苓、重樓、黃連和木香這五種中草藥中測(cè)定銅含量各有差異,黃連中Cu含量是茯苓的2倍,從大到小順序?yàn)辄S連、三七、木香、重樓、茯苓,它們中銅測(cè)定結(jié)果都低于20. 0 mg/kg。 關(guān)鍵詞:石墨爐原子吸收光譜法;中草藥;灰化條件;銅
