摘要:采用2-乙基已基磷酸(P204)與溶劑煤油構(gòu)成微乳液膜體系對水相中的 Co2+進(jìn)行萃取研究,考察了微乳液中P204濃度、萃原液初始濃度及 PH、 萃取時間和乳水比對Co2 +萃取率的影響。綜合實驗表明,綜合實驗研究表明,當(dāng)萃原液初始濃度為0.05mol/ L,外水相pH為2,微乳液中P204的體積比為10%,乳水比為2:1,萃取時間為10min時,Co2+的萃取率達(dá)到98%以上。 關(guān)鍵詞:微乳液 ;鈷提取
Abstract: Extraction’s study on using 2-cthylhexyl (P204) and the solvent kerosene constitute Co2+ of microemulsion membrane system on the water phase, investigated concentration of P204 in microemulsion, extracted in the initial concentration of the stoste and PH, and Rew affect extraction ratio of Co2+.Comprehensive experimental studies show that when the initial concentration of the stoste for 2 mol/L, PH of external water phase for 2, the volume ratio of P204 in microemulsion is 10 %, Rew is 1:2, extraction time is 10 minutes so that the extraction rate of Co2+ reached more than98%.
