摘要:采用皂化2-乙基己基磷酸單2-乙基己基酯(P507)與萃取劑磷酸三丁酯(TBP)和溶劑煤油構(gòu)成微乳液膜體系對(duì)水相中的 Co2+進(jìn)行萃取研究,考察了微乳液中P507濃度、萃原液初始濃度及pH、萃取時(shí)間和相比對(duì)Co2 +萃取率的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)萃原液初始濃度為0.05mol/ L,外水相pH為2,微乳液中P507的體積比為10%,相比V (o)∶V (a) =2∶1, 萃取時(shí)間為10min時(shí), 對(duì)鈷萃取的效果比較理想,Co2+的萃取率達(dá)到98%以上。 關(guān)鍵詞:皂化;微乳液;鈷提取
Abstract : introduced by the reaction mechanism of saponified P507 - TBP microemulsion system extraction cobalt in the water extracting,It studies that the bioburden initial concentration, the concentration of saponified P507, bioburden initial pH,the extracting time,compared to cobalt extraction ratio influence。The experimental results show that,when Initial concentration of liquid extract are 0.05mol / L,pH value of the external phase are two,the volume ratio of P507 in the microemulsion are 10%, compared to V (o): V (a) equal 2: 1, and extraction time are ten minutes, the effect of extraction is quite ideal, and extraction rate of Co2+ can be to more than 98%.
