摘 要:畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是專業(yè)課教學(xué)的綜合實(shí)踐性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),是對(duì)大學(xué)四年來所學(xué)內(nèi)容的復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固。本設(shè)計(jì)主要是圍繞處理難選錫中礦回轉(zhuǎn)窯高溫氯化所產(chǎn)生的收塵溶液中提取有價(jià)金屬來進(jìn)行的,對(duì)于提取其中的有價(jià)金屬,采用預(yù)中和及鐵鹽脫砷、中和沉鉍、中和沉淀鋅鎘的分步沉淀工藝。設(shè)計(jì)說明書針對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)的過程進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述:包括工藝計(jì)算,主體設(shè)備的選擇及設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)備配置的設(shè)計(jì),工藝流程圖的繪制,以及設(shè)備連接圖的繪制。并且介紹了平面選型,平面組合的選擇,材料的選擇及確定和主體結(jié)構(gòu)的具體作法。 關(guān)鍵詞:溶液;處理;車間設(shè)計(jì)
ABSTRACT:Graduate courses teaching the integrated design is practical teaching and is the content of the review and consolidation for the university learning.
