摘 要:本文是利用水模擬鋼液體,空氣模擬氧氣,由轉(zhuǎn)爐頂部垂直插入的氧槍將空氣吹入以水模擬的鋼液熔池中。研究液面高度,槍位變化,氣流量等因素的變化來測(cè)試氧槍對(duì)液面噴濺量和混勻時(shí)間的影響,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)研究,結(jié)果表明在當(dāng)模型頂吹氣體流量≥28m³/h時(shí),槍位和流量變化對(duì)熔池均混時(shí)間影響較小;熔池的噴濺量隨槍位降低和頂吹氣體流量的增加而增加;當(dāng)氣體流量為32m³/h時(shí),熔池的噴濺量較大。 關(guān)鍵詞:氧氣轉(zhuǎn)爐; 頂槍流量; 槍位; 均混時(shí)間; 沖擊深度
