摘要:測(cè)定三七中樂果農(nóng)藥殘留量。樣品添加農(nóng)藥標(biāo)準(zhǔn)品后經(jīng)超聲提取，加入無水硫酸鈉，離心分離。將提取液轉(zhuǎn)移至旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)瓶中,濃縮后用裝填無水硫酸鈉、硅藻土、弗羅里硅土的層析柱層析分離,用丙酮預(yù)淋洗層析柱后,倒入濃縮液,用丙酮洗脫,洗脫液于旋轉(zhuǎn)蒸發(fā)儀減壓濃縮后, 采用氣相色譜儀分析被測(cè)樣品中農(nóng)藥樂果殘留。由于條件選擇的原因，未能從三七中檢測(cè)出有的樂果農(nóng)藥殘留。通過實(shí)驗(yàn)我認(rèn)為，加大樣品用量，改變凈化柱成分，能使分離效果更好，從而符合農(nóng)藥殘留分析要求。 關(guān)鍵詞：三七；樂果；農(nóng)藥殘留；農(nóng)殘分析
ABSTRACT:Determination of dimethoate’s pesticide residues in pseudo-ginseng. Add pesticide standard product samples after ultrasonic extraction, join sodium sulfate, centrifugal separation . And extracting solution transferred to rotate evaporation bottle. concentrate adds to the chromatography column with sodium sulfate, diatomite and florida silica dust to chromatography separation.Advance with acetone non-contaminated chromatography column, pour into concentrate. Use acetone elution , eluent concentrated by a rotating decompression evaporation instrument. Through the experiment, increase the sample dosage,changing purifying column composition.
