摘要:以Co(NO3)2·6H2O和Fe(NO3)3·9H2O為原料用化學(xué)合成法制備了鐵酸鈷粉體(簡稱CFO)。通過溶膠-凝膠工藝在其表面包覆二氧化鋯擴散阻擋層。用鍺酸鉛為低溫燒結(jié)助劑降低鋯鈦酸鉛鑭(PLZT)的燒結(jié)溫度。用共燒工藝制備了CFO/PLZT復(fù)合多鐵性陶瓷。研究了CFO含量、燒結(jié)溫度對陶瓷的晶相結(jié)構(gòu)、微觀形貌,壓電、介電、鐵電和磁電性能的影響。結(jié)果表明: CFO/PLZT復(fù)合材料的介電常數(shù)、壓電應(yīng)變常數(shù)隨著CFO含量的增大而減小,介電損耗隨著CFO的含量的增大而增大。當CFO:PLZT=1:9時,1050℃下燒結(jié)的復(fù)合材料的壓電應(yīng)變常數(shù)、體積電阻率、介電常數(shù)、介電損耗、居里溫度、磁電轉(zhuǎn)換系數(shù)為分別為26×10-12C/N、1.42×105M·cm、671.8、0.1394、245℃、127.32mV/(cm·Oe)。 關(guān)鍵詞:溶膠-凝膠工藝;鐵酸鈷;低溫燒結(jié);復(fù)合多鐵性陶瓷
Abstract:Using Co(NO3)2·6H2O and Fe(NO3)3·9H2O as precursors, the cobalt ferrite (CFO) powder was prepared via chemical synthesis. ZrO2 diffusion barrier layer was coated on the surface of the CFO powder via sol-gel methods. The lead germinate was used as sintering additives to decreasing the sintering temperature of the PLZT. The effect of the CFO content and sintering temperature on the crystalline structure, micro-morphology, piezoelectric, dielectric, ferroelectric and electro-magnetic properties were investigated. The results showed that the dielectric constant and piezoelectric constant of the CFO/PLZT-PGO composites decreased with the increasing of CFO content, but the dielectric loss increased reversely. The d33, ?, ?r, tan?, Tc and magneto-electric transition efficient of the composites (CFO:PLZT=1:9) which were sintered at 1050℃ were found to be 2610-12 C/N, 1.42105 M·cm, 671.8, 0.1394, 245 ℃, 127.32 mV/(cm·Oe), respectively.
