摘要:本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了增塑劑對(duì)苯二甲酸二辛脂的含量,填充劑的種類和用量,填充劑的表面處理對(duì)PVC電纜料性能的影響。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出結(jié)論:增塑劑對(duì)苯二甲酸二辛脂能增加PVC的柔韌性和可塑性,但是它也會(huì)使PVC的拉伸強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度降低,介電常數(shù)增加;填充劑能降低成本,隨著填充劑的含量增加會(huì)使PVC電纜料的拉伸強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度降低,硬度和密度提高。在碳酸鈣、納米碳酸鈣、滑石粉、高嶺土這四種填充劑中,滑石粉填充的PVC電纜料力學(xué)性能相對(duì)較好,高嶺土和納米碳酸鈣次之,碳酸鈣較差。但是介電常數(shù)差別不大;在充油的情況下加入硅烷、鋁酸酯、鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑表面處理的填充劑會(huì)使其力學(xué)性能相比之前略微下降,但是介電常數(shù)、硬度和密度基本不變。 關(guān)鍵詞:對(duì)苯二甲酸二辛脂 填充劑 偶聯(lián)劑 介電常數(shù)
Abstract:This experimental study plasticizer DOTP content, the type and amount of filler, filler surface treatment on the performance of the PVC cable. Concluded through experiments can increase the flexibility and plasticity of PVC: plasticizer DOTP, but it will also make PVC, tensile and tear strength decreases, the dielectric constant increase; filler can reduce the cost, with the increase in filler content causes the PVC cable tensile strength and tear strength, hardness and density increased. In the four filler of calcium carbonate, nano calcium carbonate, talc, kaolin, talc-filled PVC cable mechanical properties is relatively good; adding silane in the case of oil-filled aluminum esters, titanate coupling agent surface treatment of fillers will make the mechanical properties for the surface treatment of fillers PVC decreased slightly, but the dielectric constant is essentially the same. 增塑劑對(duì)苯二甲酸二辛脂能明顯的增加PVC的柔韌性和可塑性,但是它也會(huì)降低PVC的拉伸強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度,還會(huì)使其介電常數(shù)增加。在PVC粉體與增塑劑對(duì)苯二甲酸二辛脂的比為60:40是其拉伸強(qiáng)度為18.6Mpa,斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率為270%,撕裂強(qiáng)度為52.9N/mm,硬度為81.9,在頻率為1K和1M是介電常數(shù)分別為6.1和3.9。 用碳酸鈣作為填充劑能降低成本,但是隨著碳酸鈣含量的增加會(huì)使PVC電纜料的拉伸強(qiáng)度和撕裂強(qiáng)度降低,硬度和密度上升,但是介電常數(shù)變化不大。 在填充劑碳酸鈣、納米碳酸鈣、滑石粉、高嶺土中,滑石粉填充的PVC電纜料力學(xué)性能相對(duì)較好,但是硬度、密度和介電常數(shù)差別不大。 在充油的情況下,加入用硅烷、鋁酸酯、鈦酸酯偶聯(lián)劑表面處理的填充劑反而會(huì)使PVC力學(xué)性能略有下降,其中鈦酸酯處理的填充劑的力學(xué)性能下降幅度較小,但是其硬度、密度和介電常數(shù)變化不大。
