摘要:本論文主要研究了在長(zhǎng)玻纖含量(25%)相同情況下,不同含量的阻燃劑對(duì)聚丙烯(PP)經(jīng)行改性后額影響。通過(guò)萬(wàn)能電子拉力機(jī)分別研究比較、不同含量阻燃劑的長(zhǎng)玻纖增強(qiáng)PP材料力學(xué)性能的影響。從加入長(zhǎng)玻纖后PP各項(xiàng)性能來(lái)看,PP材料的強(qiáng)度、熱變形性能都得到了很好的加強(qiáng),這是因?yàn)殚L(zhǎng)玻纖本身有很好的機(jī)械性能,經(jīng)增容劑(PP-g-MAH)增容后,使得長(zhǎng)玻纖與PP的界面相容性得到更好的改善,因而經(jīng)增容處理后PP/GF復(fù)合材料的機(jī)械性能得到很好的提高。對(duì)一定長(zhǎng)玻纖含量PP加入不同含量的阻燃劑后,PP材料的氧指數(shù)有了顯著的提升。上述結(jié)果表明長(zhǎng)玻纖增強(qiáng)聚丙烯復(fù)合材料具有良好的機(jī)械性能,并且其最佳阻燃性能即氧指數(shù)可以通過(guò)改變阻燃劑含量來(lái)得到。 關(guān)鍵詞:聚丙烯;長(zhǎng)玻璃纖維;有鹵阻燃;改性;機(jī)械性能;相容劑
Abstract:This paper mainly studies the long glass fiber content (25%) under the same conditions, different levels of flame retardants for polypropylene (PP) after modification, frontal impact. Universal electronic universal testing machine, respectively by comparison study, different contents of flame retardant effect of mechanical properties of long glass fiber reinforced PP material. After joining the long glass fiber properties of PP , PP material of strength, and hot deformation performance are are has is good of strengthening, this is because long glass fiber itself has is good of machinery performance, by increased capacity agent (PP-g-MAH) increased capacity Hou, makes long glass fiber and PP of interface compatible sexual are better of improve, and by increased capacity processing Hou PP/GF composite of machinery performance are is good of improve. PP for a certain amount of long glass fiber content after joined flame retardant of different content, oxygen index of PP materials have been significantly improved. Above shows long glass fiber reinforced polypropylene composite has good mechanical properties and performance of its best flame-retardant oxygen index can be done by changing the content to be flame retardant.
