摘要:運(yùn)用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)改變反應(yīng)溫度、pH值、摻雜量、燒結(jié)溫度4個(gè)變量來(lái)制備ZAO粉末,通過(guò)對(duì)ZAO的粉末壓片,測(cè)量其體積電阻。比較各種情況后,選擇反應(yīng)溫度100℃、pH7.5摻雜量3.5%、燒結(jié)溫度350℃制備ZAO粉末,其體積電阻為最小值104Ω。并研究ZAO粉末加入聚乙烯基薄膜的電性能和力學(xué)性能,結(jié)果表明:隨著ZAO粉末增加,PE薄膜的表面電阻下降,拉伸強(qiáng)度升高,而撕裂強(qiáng)度有所下降,當(dāng)ZAO粉末加入量達(dá)到10%時(shí),PE膜表面電阻達(dá)到1.74×1011Ω。 關(guān)鍵詞:ZAO粉末;體積電阻;PE膜;表面電阻
Abstract:By changing the reaction temperature, pH, doping level, the four variables of the sintering temperature, we prepare the ZAO powder.Then press ZAO powder into tablets and measure its volume resistivity. Comparing all the circumstances, the reaction temperature of 100 ℃, pH 7.5,doping level3.5%, sintering temperature of 350 ℃ is best choice. The results shows that the ZAO powder volume resistivity can reach 104 orders of magnitude. And research the electrical and mechanical adding ZAO powder to polyethylene-based film .With the addition of ZAO powder, the surface resistance of the PE film decreases, tensile strength increases, tear strength declines. Adding ZAO powder to 10% ,the PE film surface resistivity is 1.74 × 1011Ω. Key Words: ZAO powder; volume resistivity ;PE film; surface resistance
正交實(shí)驗(yàn)通過(guò)改變反應(yīng)溫度、pH值、摻雜量、燒結(jié)溫度4個(gè)變量來(lái)制備ZAO粉末,當(dāng)反應(yīng)溫度100℃、pH7.5摻雜量3.5%、燒結(jié)溫度350℃可以制得的ZAO粉末的電性能最佳,其體積電阻為最小值104Ω。 ZAO粉末加入聚乙烯基薄膜后,隨著ZAO粉末增加,PE薄膜的表面電阻下降,拉伸強(qiáng)度升高,而撕裂強(qiáng)度有所下降,當(dāng)ZAO粉末加入量達(dá)到10%時(shí),PE膜表面電阻能夠達(dá)到1.74×1011Ω。 比較無(wú)機(jī)抗靜電劑和有機(jī)高聚物抗靜電劑,隨著ZAO粉末的逐漸增加,薄膜表面電阻逐漸減小,拉伸強(qiáng)度增加,撕裂強(qiáng)度有所下降。在抗靜電母粒份數(shù)達(dá)到10%時(shí),薄膜表面電阻從1.2×1015Ω降到1.74×1011Ω,橫向拉伸強(qiáng)度從17.3MPa上升到20.45MPa,橫向撕裂從123.9N/mm降到105.3N/mm。隨著Pelestant 230的逐漸增加,薄膜表面電阻略微減小,拉伸強(qiáng)度增加,撕裂強(qiáng)度有所下降。在抗靜電母粒份數(shù)達(dá)到15%時(shí),薄膜表面電阻從1.2×1015Ω降到6.8×1013Ω,橫向拉伸強(qiáng)度從17.3MPa上升到25.85MPa,橫向撕裂從123.9N/mm降到118.4N/mm
