摘要:近年來,隨著市場經(jīng)濟的不斷發(fā)展、現(xiàn)代物流系統(tǒng)的不斷完善,食品冷藏鏈的產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展前景十分廣闊。毫無疑問,冷庫為我們的日常生活帶來了方便。然而我國食品專用冷庫嚴(yán)重的不足,食品的冷藏鏈的不完善,加之食品經(jīng)營管理的各種因素,每年約有3000萬噸水果、蔬菜、乳制品和其他易腐食品有待于從變質(zhì)中拯救出來,易腐食品每年要損失十多億元。當(dāng)務(wù)之急,我們要提高冷庫整體的自動化管理水平,加強管理,降低運營成本,促進(jìn)冷庫向安全、規(guī)范、節(jié)能、環(huán)保結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、操作方便的方向發(fā)展。為此,我們應(yīng)對國內(nèi)大多數(shù)冷庫的溫度控制方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),提高自動化程度,因此對冷庫的控制系統(tǒng)研究十分有必要。 本文對冷庫制冷系統(tǒng)的組成進(jìn)行了概述。通過系統(tǒng)框圖介紹了冷庫制冷系統(tǒng)的原理。用MATLAB對冷庫自動控制的穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析。在電路控制系統(tǒng)中,本文用最簡單的PLC控制代替了老式的繼電器控制,從而讓整個控制系統(tǒng)得以穩(wěn)定的操作和運行,進(jìn)而實現(xiàn)無人操作的便捷。由此可見,PLC在冷庫系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用具有很大的前景。 關(guān)鍵詞:冷庫;制冷系統(tǒng);PLC
Abstract:In recent years, with the development of market economy, modern logistics system perfect, the food of the industrialization of the refrigeration chain development prospect. No doubt, the cold storage for our daily life brought the convenience. Top priority, we want to improve the management level of the whole of the cold storage automation, strengthen management, lower operating costs, promote the cold storage to security, standard, the energy conservation, the environmental protection of simple structure, convenient operation direction. For this reason, we to cope with domestic most cold storage temperature control method was improved, increased automation, so the cold storage structure control system study is very necessary In this paper, the cold storage refrigeration system composition are summarized. Through the system frame introduces the principle of the cold storage refrigeration system. Use of MATLAB cold storage automatic control stability analysis. In a circuit control system, this paper with the most simple PLC control instead of the old the relay control, so that the whole control system to stable operation and operation, then realizing unattended operation is convenient.
