摘要:隨著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,以及國(guó)家的經(jīng)濟(jì)型社會(huì)、節(jié)約型經(jīng)濟(jì)的政策、可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等,自動(dòng)化立體停車設(shè)備的發(fā)展將是大勢(shì)所趨。 近年來(lái),立體車庫(kù)市場(chǎng)迅猛發(fā)展,采用靈活的傳輸設(shè)備以及可靠的控制系統(tǒng)是實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化立體車庫(kù)的關(guān)鍵,是立體車庫(kù)管理進(jìn)入智能化、科學(xué)化、一體化的智能管理階段。立體車庫(kù)的生產(chǎn)在中國(guó)是新型行業(yè),立體車庫(kù)可緩解城市動(dòng)、靜態(tài)交通問(wèn)題,改善居住環(huán)境,有效利用土地資源。 該設(shè)計(jì)逐一論述了課題的來(lái)源、目的、意義及在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中遇到的問(wèn)題和解決方法與措施。該文詳細(xì)介紹了有軌堆垛立體車庫(kù)的整體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論和堆垛機(jī)行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì),以及橫向移動(dòng)運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)。其中重點(diǎn)放在了行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)和PLC編程上,在進(jìn)行行走機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),主要是通過(guò)對(duì)行走機(jī)構(gòu)的傳動(dòng)方案的選取,由運(yùn)行阻力決定行走電機(jī)的選取,由速度比決定減速器的選取。此外,還對(duì)垂直提升機(jī)構(gòu)和橫向運(yùn)輸機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計(jì)。在根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求對(duì)各部件初步選型后,都進(jìn)行了校核,保證了選擇的合理性。本次設(shè)計(jì)的巷道堆垛立體車庫(kù)性能良好、動(dòng)作靈活、操作方便、故障率低、維護(hù)簡(jiǎn)單方便,滿足了需要。 關(guān)鍵詞:立體車庫(kù);可編程控制器;自動(dòng)化
