摘要:電梯在人們的生活中占有了無可厚非的重要地位,隨著社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展的需要,也為電梯控制技術(shù)提出了更高的的要求??删幊踢壿嬁刂破鳎≒rogrammable Logic Controller,PLC)具有使用環(huán)境廣、操作編程簡單、可靠性高、配置靈活、抗干擾能力強(qiáng)、面向過程、面向用戶等優(yōu)點,在電梯控制領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用極為廣泛。本設(shè)計基于日本三菱FX2N系列PLC,對明德樓五層電梯的控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計。從電梯的工作原理、控制系統(tǒng)構(gòu)造、硬件選取,以及PLC軟件設(shè)計,詳細(xì)的闡述了PLC在電梯控制系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用,形成了以PLC為控制系統(tǒng)的完整的電梯模型,使電梯控制系統(tǒng)更高效、可靠。 關(guān)鍵詞:電梯;PLC控制系統(tǒng);程序設(shè)計
Abstract:Elevator in the people's life has no ground for blame the important position, with the economic and social development needs, but also for the elevator control technology has put forward higher requirements. Programmable logic controller ( Programmable Logic Controller, PLC ) with the use of the environment, simple programming, high reliability, flexible configuration, strong anti-interference capability, process oriented, user oriented and other advantages, in the elevator control is widely applied in the field. The design is based on the Japanese Mitsubishi FX2N series PLC, the Ming Tak Building five layer elevator control system design. Lift from the working principle, control system structure, hardware selection, as well as the PLC software design, detailed description of the PLC in the elevator control system, formed with PLC as the control system for the integrity of the elevator model, makes the elevator control system more efficient, reliable. 可編程邏輯控制器(Programmable Logic Controller),簡稱PLC,它主要用來代替繼電器實現(xiàn)邏輯控制,是一種專門為在工業(yè)環(huán)境下應(yīng)用而設(shè)計的數(shù)字運算操作的電子裝置。它采用可以編制程序的存儲器,用來在其內(nèi)部存儲執(zhí)行邏輯運算、順序運算、計時、計數(shù)和算術(shù)運算等操作的指令,并能通過數(shù)字式或模擬式的輸入和輸出,控制各種類型的機(jī)械或生產(chǎn)過程。 PLC發(fā)展到今天,已經(jīng)形成了大、中、小各種規(guī)模的系列化產(chǎn)品,并且已經(jīng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、模塊化,配備有品種齊全的各種硬件裝置供用戶選用,用戶能靈活方便地進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)配置,組成不同功能、不同規(guī)模的系統(tǒng)。PLC接口容易,編程語言易于為工程技術(shù)人員接受。梯形圖語言的圖形符號與表達(dá)方式和繼電器電路圖相當(dāng)接近,只用PLC的少量開關(guān)量邏輯控制指令就可以方便地實現(xiàn)繼電器電路的功能。因此PLC在開關(guān)量的邏輯控制、模擬量控制、運動控制、過程控制、通信及聯(lián)網(wǎng)、數(shù)據(jù)處理領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用十分廣泛。
