摘要:隨著科技水平不斷的提高和社會(huì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的發(fā)展,工廠企業(yè)設(shè)備都往自動(dòng)化方向不斷完善,這就導(dǎo)致了操作設(shè)備的工人素質(zhì)技能也要不斷加強(qiáng)。在很多工廠企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)第一線有著各種各樣的自動(dòng)加工系統(tǒng),其中最為常見(jiàn)的一種就是多種原液體混合系統(tǒng),簡(jiǎn)稱液體混合系統(tǒng)。很多工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,多種液體混合是一道必須經(jīng)歷的過(guò)程,比如化工,制藥,煉油等。為了提高生產(chǎn)速度,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,以及保證員工安全,很多工廠都逐漸實(shí)現(xiàn)多種液體混合自動(dòng)控制。為了保證產(chǎn)出更接近我們的理想值,這就要求我們對(duì)多種液體的混合比例,以及混合操作流程有著具體的要求。 本設(shè)計(jì)是基于PLC的混合液體控制,但為了更直觀形象地表現(xiàn)該液體控制系統(tǒng)的優(yōu)勢(shì),使用了組態(tài)王軟件,通過(guò)連接動(dòng)畫面以及動(dòng)態(tài)畫面效果反應(yīng)該設(shè)計(jì)的操作流程。 關(guān)鍵詞:混合裝置;自動(dòng)控制;PLC;組態(tài)王
Abstract:It is the improvement along with the science and technology,as the social development of the increasingly fierce competition. Enterprise equipment factory are constantly improving to automation direction . this has the operating equipment workers skills will strengthen . In many factories of the production of the enterprise the first line have all kinds of automatic processing system, one of the most common one is a variety of the original liquid mixing system, hereinafter referred to as liquid mixing system. Many industrial production, a variety of liquid mixing is a must be going through the process of such as chemical, pharmaceutical, oil refineries. In order to improve the speed of production, the product quality, and ensure that staff safety, many factories are gradually realize various liquid mixing automatic control. In order to ensure more close to the ideal of our output value, which require us to the variety of liquid mixture ratio, blend and operation process has a specific requirement The design is based on PLC mixed liquid control, but in order to more intuitive to show the liquid image of the control system of advantage, use kingview to, through the connection dynamic picture and dynamic picture the process should be designed . 在工藝加工最初,把多種原料再合適的時(shí)間和條件下進(jìn)行需要的加工以得到產(chǎn)品一直都是在人監(jiān)控或操作下進(jìn)行的,在后來(lái)多用繼電器系統(tǒng)對(duì)順序或邏輯的操作過(guò)程進(jìn)行自動(dòng)化操作,但是現(xiàn)在隨著時(shí)代的發(fā)展,這些方式已經(jīng)不能滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際需要。實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中需要更精確、更便捷的控制裝置 。采用基于PLC的控制系統(tǒng)來(lái)取代原來(lái)由單片機(jī)、繼電器等構(gòu)成的控制系統(tǒng),采用模塊化結(jié)構(gòu),具有良好的可移植性和可維護(hù)性。對(duì)提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)和管理自動(dòng)水平有很大的幫助,同時(shí)又提高了生產(chǎn)線的效率、使用壽命和質(zhì)量,減少了企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的波動(dòng),因此具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)前景。 本次的課題設(shè)計(jì)主要達(dá)到的一部分要求就是:1.在保證工人安全的基礎(chǔ)上,提高產(chǎn)出質(zhì)量。2.到達(dá)所需要的各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。3.在完成必要的工作前提下,試著調(diào)試各項(xiàng)數(shù)值,得到真值。4.設(shè)計(jì)完成整個(gè)課題相應(yīng)的組態(tài)。
