摘要:結合傳統(tǒng)繼電保護的設計思想和技術方法,對一段電網(wǎng)進行分析,根據(jù)繼電保護整定原則求取所需零序電流保護和距離保護的整定值,用于PLC實現(xiàn)電力系統(tǒng)繼電保護。PLC代替機械觸電繼電器,通過軟件編程,用內(nèi)部邏輯關系代替實際硬件接線,內(nèi)部繼電器動作時間幾乎為0,改善了裝置的動作準確性和可靠性。根據(jù)PLC所能識別的信號,將電網(wǎng)信號轉換成PLC能識別的信號,讀入PLC進行處理;結合階段式零序電流保護、階段式距離保護、重合閘保護裝置原理,應用PLC編程軟件實現(xiàn)一系列的保護功能。 關鍵詞: 繼電器;零序電流保護;距離保護;重合閘;PLC
Abstract:Combined with the design idea and technical methods of the traditional relay protection design idea and technical methods, and analyzed a power grid, According to the relay protection setting principles for calculating the zero sequence current protection and distance protection to set the values. The values will be to use for the PLC to design the power system protection. PLC instead of mechanical shock relay, and use the software of the Internal logical relationship programming, t o instead of practical hardware connection. The action time of PLC is almost zero, so PLC could improve the accuracy a reliability of the action of the device. According to the signal which PLC could identify, we need change the signal of power grid for the PLC, to make it could be identified by the PLC. Combined with the principle of stage type zero sequence current protection, stage type distance protection, auto-reclosure, to realize the function of the principle of stage type zero sequence current protection, stage type distance protection, auto-reclosure with PLC. 目前,各地供電部門將變電站自動化作為當前電網(wǎng)改造的一項重要指標,要求變電站的繼電保護裝置不僅僅是分散保護和控制相應的對象,還必須將各個保護對象和保護裝置本身的運行狀況、故障性質、參數(shù)設置及相互關系等綜合起來構成一個完整的信息顯示和信息處理系統(tǒng),便于全站集中管理和遠方監(jiān)控。 可編程邏輯控制器的主要特點是:用內(nèi)部已定義的各種輔助繼電器代替機械繼電器,通過軟件編程方式用內(nèi)部邏輯關系代替實際的硬件接線。這些輔助繼電器的節(jié)點變位時間近似于0,可不考慮機械繼電器的返回系數(shù)。通過PLC的優(yōu)點,可對繼電保護系統(tǒng)進行優(yōu)化,增強裝置的動作準確性和可靠性。PLC的通訊裝置使得個保護裝置之間、裝置與主控機之間能夠按計算機通訊方式進行數(shù)據(jù)傳遞,通過監(jiān)控主機,可構成一個自動化的變電站。
