摘要:隨著人們生活水平的提高及消費觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,啤酒的品種正向著多樣化、純生化方向發(fā)展。啤酒是以優(yōu)質(zhì)小麥芽為主要原料,通過科學方法精心釀制而成的低酒精度飲料酒,以滿足人們的生活需要。 本設(shè)計主要是對啤酒制造過程進行監(jiān)控,選擇ADAM模塊與組態(tài)軟件的結(jié)合來構(gòu)造控制系統(tǒng)方案。本文重點是通過系統(tǒng)提供的組態(tài)軟件與現(xiàn)場控制,對啤酒制造過程(糖化、煮沸、發(fā)酵和過濾)進行現(xiàn)場的數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理,以及PID參數(shù)整定(單回路控制,比值控制和串級控制)。該系統(tǒng)抗干擾能力強,運行穩(wěn)定,用戶界面友好,可在啤酒行業(yè)推廣應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞:組態(tài)軟件;ADAM模塊;啤酒; 生產(chǎn)工藝;應(yīng)用
ABSTRACT:With the improvement of people's living standard and the change of consumption idea, beer is toward the variety of diversification and pure biochemical direction.Beer is made of high quality wheat malt as the main raw material, through the scientific method and a meticulously brewed low alcohol beverage wine,to satisfy the life need of people. This design is mainly to the beer manufacturing process monitoring, choose ADAM module and the configuration software combination to construct control system scheme. This paper is through the system provides the configuration software and the control of the beer manufacturing process (saccharification,boiling, fermentation and filtering) on the site of the data acquisition and processing, as well as the PID parameters setting (single loop control, ratio control and cascade control). 近年來, 基于工業(yè)控制機和組態(tài)軟件的控制系統(tǒng)大量應(yīng)用于工業(yè)現(xiàn)場, 成為當前工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域最為活躍的計算機控制技術(shù)。這種控制系統(tǒng)的最大特點在于從硬件設(shè)計到軟件設(shè)計開發(fā)的“組態(tài)”性。這種“組態(tài)控制技術(shù)”集成了計算機的軟、硬件綜合技術(shù), 為自動化工程技術(shù)人員提供了快速系統(tǒng)集成的設(shè)計方法。 隨著計算機技術(shù)的高速發(fā)展、工藝過程的不斷完善以及對生產(chǎn)控制和管理要求的不斷提高,采用ADAM模塊與組態(tài)軟件的結(jié)合已經(jīng)成為適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代企業(yè)發(fā)展需要的必然趨勢。本設(shè)計通過利用組態(tài)軟件結(jié)合研華ADAM4000系列,來實現(xiàn)啤酒制造過程的監(jiān)控與管理,其采用RS-485通訊方式,可遠距離通訊,廣泛應(yīng)用于自動化各個行業(yè)。
