摘要:牛奶制品酸酸乳的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程包含了一系列步驟,主要涉及到酸酸乳的調(diào)配過(guò)程,該調(diào)配過(guò)程屬于一個(gè)二次配料的過(guò)程。首先,進(jìn)行復(fù)原奶調(diào)制、糖液的調(diào)制、酸液的調(diào)制及膠液的調(diào)制;其次,對(duì)上述四種調(diào)制好的液體進(jìn)行混合;再次,將混合液在所要求的壓力均質(zhì),降溫處理;最后,根據(jù)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)需求進(jìn)行調(diào)酸,即根據(jù)實(shí)際情況補(bǔ)充水、乳酸和檸檬酸等配料,調(diào)酸完成之后成品即被封裝運(yùn)到各個(gè)地方。 本設(shè)計(jì)是針對(duì)酸酸乳配料過(guò)程所做的自動(dòng)監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),涵蓋了酸酸乳配料的各個(gè)工藝流程。本系統(tǒng)采用工業(yè)組態(tài)軟件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)該生產(chǎn)過(guò)程進(jìn)行監(jiān)測(cè),設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中運(yùn)用軟件進(jìn)行運(yùn)行,運(yùn)行過(guò)程良好,穩(wěn)定性高。在設(shè)計(jì)中體現(xiàn)了安全、可靠、優(yōu)質(zhì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)這些生產(chǎn)基本要求。實(shí)現(xiàn)了各監(jiān)測(cè)點(diǎn)的優(yōu)化管理,提高了生產(chǎn)效率,滿足食品生產(chǎn)的指標(biāo)和發(fā)展需要。 關(guān)鍵詞:酸酸乳;調(diào)配;工業(yè)組態(tài);監(jiān)測(cè);生產(chǎn)
ABSTRACT:Milk sour yogurt production process consists of a series of steps, mainly related to acid deployment process, the deployment process belongs to a two batching process.
