摘要:隨著工業(yè)控制的不斷深入發(fā)展,企業(yè)需要控制現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備并需要現(xiàn)場(chǎng)提供詳細(xì)的過程數(shù)據(jù)以及對(duì)這些數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)即控制和管理一體化,以確保生產(chǎn)的可靠性,降低成本,提高產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量及經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。管控一體化是以過程控制系統(tǒng)為基礎(chǔ),通過過程控制等信息的處理、整合、存儲(chǔ)、發(fā)布,運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代化企業(yè)管理模式建立企業(yè),覆蓋生產(chǎn)管理與基礎(chǔ)自動(dòng)化的綜合系統(tǒng)。 基于組態(tài)和可編程控制器的自動(dòng)送料裝車系統(tǒng)主要由PLC、工控計(jì)算機(jī)和組態(tài)軟件組成。控制流程主要分為汽車進(jìn)站、操作員記錄車輛信息、汽車到達(dá)送料裝車點(diǎn)進(jìn)行送料裝車、裝車完成后汽車離站、獲取送料裝車憑據(jù)。該系統(tǒng)利用PLC來實(shí)現(xiàn)送料的基本控制,利用組態(tài)王來實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)送料裝車整個(gè)過程的監(jiān)控。不但實(shí)現(xiàn)了自動(dòng)送料控制的要求,還增加了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集和管理功能。設(shè)計(jì)中用SCS-100t地磅秤對(duì)進(jìn)出站車輛的重量及用ICS-30皮帶電子稱對(duì)單次送料重量等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行采集,通過組態(tài)報(bào)表的應(yīng)用對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行存儲(chǔ)和整理。自動(dòng)送料裝車控制充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)對(duì)送料過程進(jìn)行集中監(jiān)控,使用靈活,組態(tài)方便。 關(guān)鍵字:PLC;人機(jī)界面;皮帶電子秤;地磅秤
ABSTRACT:Along with the development of industrial control, enterprises need to control field devices and the need to provide detailed data on site and process these data statistics that is integrated control and management, to ensure that the production reliability, reduce the cost, improve the quality and the economic benefits of the product. The integration of management and control in production process control system as the foundation, through to the process control, information processing, optimization, storage, release, use the production and modern enterprise management model to establish a comprehensive system covering the enterprise production management and automation. Automatic feed loading system mainly consists of PLC, industrial control computer and configuration software configuration and based on programmable controller. Control flow is mainly divided into auto stop, the operator records the vehicle information, vehicle reaches the feeding and loading point for feeding and loading, loading is completed car leaves, obtain feed loading credentials. The system uses PLC to achieve the basic control feeding, to realize the monitoring of the entire process of feeding and loading using configuration king. Not only has realized the automatic feed control requirements, but also increase the field data collection and management functions. To stand out the weight of the vehicle and electronic ICS-30 belt that collects a single feed weight data with SCS-100t electronic scale design, through the application of configuration forms for data storage and sorting.
