摘要:隨著科技的不斷進步,在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中溫度是常用的被控參數(shù),而采用單片機來對這些被控參數(shù)進行控制已成為當今的主流。本文設計了一個簡單實用的溫度控制系統(tǒng),選用MCS-51系列的AT89C51單片機作為控制系統(tǒng)的核心,使用單總線溫度轉換芯片DS18B20實時采集溫度并通過LCD1602液晶屏顯示,工作人員可以從鍵盤設定溫度上限及溫度下限工藝參數(shù),按下運行鍵后,系統(tǒng)將進入自動工作狀態(tài),工作結束后,有報警器提醒工作人員。 通過仿真測試表明,本設計對溫度的控制有方便、簡單的特點,能夠完成系統(tǒng)所需的控制要求。 關鍵詞 AT89C51;鍵盤設定溫度;DS18B20;LCD液晶顯示
Abstract:With the constant progress of science and technology, temperature is a common parameter used in industrial production, and it is today’s mainstream to use the single chip microcomputer to control these parameters. This paper designed a simple and practical temperature control system, selects the MCS - 51 series of AT89C51 single-chip microcomputer as the core of the control system, use the single bus temperature conversion chip DS18B20 to acquire temperature in real time ,and display it through the LCD screen, staff can use the keyboard to set temperature, the temperature upper limit and lower limit temperature ,then press the run button, the system will enter the work state automatically. After it finishes the work, it will alarms to remind staff. Tests show that the design of temperature control system is simple and convenient, it can complete the control requirements of system.
