摘要:本次設計主要解決鼓風機出口壓力的控制問題,鼓風機是參數(shù)為30到200千帕或壓縮比e為1.3到3的風機。主要通過PLC控制器對靜葉角度的調(diào)節(jié)以及風機的轉速調(diào)節(jié)來控制鼓風機出口的壓力。靜葉的控制是鼓風機控制的關鍵部分,伺服控制器接收來自PLC控制器的指令信號,然后和來自角位移傳感器的角度信號進行比較,所得差值經(jīng)過PID運算處理,處理的結果放大之后產(chǎn)生一個可以驅動電液伺服閥的指令電信號,伺服閥控制動力油,控制伺服油缸使得閥門達到預期的位置,實現(xiàn)調(diào)節(jié)靜葉角度的目的;電機調(diào)速控制也是鼓風機控制的重要組成部分,變頻器接收來自PLC的指令信號,變頻器以達到改變出口壓力的目的。因此性能優(yōu)良的出口壓力控制系統(tǒng)是保證鼓風機正常運行的前提保證。 關鍵詞 鼓風機;出口壓力;靜葉角度;電機調(diào)速
