摘要:我們現(xiàn)在在工作和生活中會(huì)經(jīng)常使用的電子秤這樣一種電子測(cè)量工具。本文的設(shè)計(jì)是由電阻壓力傳感器和單片機(jī)等共同組成的。硬件方面主要是以電阻應(yīng)變式傳感器并采用全橋測(cè)量電路來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)量程內(nèi)物體進(jìn)行稱重,并實(shí)現(xiàn)報(bào)警功能,用數(shù)字LED顯示,其中可以鍵盤(pán)輸入,而軟件方面則主要采用C語(yǔ)言。設(shè)計(jì)原理如下:使用等臂全橋測(cè)量電橋原理,將電阻式壓力應(yīng)變傳感器的電阻轉(zhuǎn)換成電壓值,而傳感器的電阻大小是由稱重的物體重量來(lái)決定的。由于稱重傳感器輸出的值是一個(gè)模擬量,相對(duì)小于A / D轉(zhuǎn)換器的電壓范圍,所以在A / D轉(zhuǎn)換前,需要進(jìn)行放大和整形濾波處理。將放大后的輸出電壓信號(hào)經(jīng)過(guò)A / D轉(zhuǎn)換器轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào),并發(fā)送到單片機(jī)中,通過(guò)處理,控制數(shù)字驅(qū)動(dòng)電路,最后用LED顯示測(cè)量結(jié)果,實(shí)現(xiàn)稱重功能。 關(guān)鍵詞 壓力傳感器;單片機(jī);A / D轉(zhuǎn)換
Abstract:Now we are often use an electronic measuring instrument in work and in life such as electronic scale. The design jointly consists of resistance strain pressure sensor and single-chip microcomputer. Hardware design is mainly based on resistance strain pressure sensor and use the whole bridge measurement circuit to weigh the range of objects, and realize the alarm function, with LED digital display, which can use the keyboard input, furthermore software design is mainly using C language. Design principle is as follows: using the whole bridge measuring principle to convert resistance of resistance strain pressure sensor to voltage, and the resistance of the sensor size is determined by weighing the objects’ weights. Because of weighing sensor is an analog output value, relatively less than the voltage range of A/D converter, so before the A/D conversion, require amplifying and shaping filtering processing. Will the output voltage signal after amplification to convert the analog signal to digital signal after A/D converter, and sends it to the microcomputer, through the process, control the digital driving circuit, the last shows the measured results by means of the LED, then the weighting function is realized.
