摘要:本文是一種直流電機(jī)調(diào)速控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),該設(shè)計(jì)以51單片機(jī)為主控芯片,控制由數(shù)值比較器和計(jì)數(shù)器構(gòu)成的外部PWM信號發(fā)生器,利用基于功率場效應(yīng)管設(shè)計(jì)出的驅(qū)動(dòng)電路來驅(qū)動(dòng)大功率直流電動(dòng)機(jī),然后對光碼盤測得的脈沖數(shù)進(jìn)行運(yùn)算,再進(jìn)行PID算法調(diào)節(jié)大功率直流電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速,構(gòu)成一個(gè)閉環(huán)系統(tǒng)。該系統(tǒng)性能優(yōu)異,結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,適用范圍廣泛,有很好的應(yīng)用前景。 關(guān)鍵詞 51單片機(jī);PWM信號;大功率直流電動(dòng)機(jī);PID算法
Abstract:This article is a kind of dc motor speed control system design, the design with 51 single-chip microcomputer as main control chip, control composed of numerical comparator and counter external PWM signal generator, based on the power field effect tube design of drive circuit to drive high power dc motor, and operations of the pulse number of the optical encoder are measured, then the PID algorithm is used to adjust the rotation speed of dc motor, constitute a closed-loop system.
