摘 要:低壓斷路器(又稱自動(dòng)空氣開關(guān)) 是低壓電網(wǎng)中一種重要的控制電器和保護(hù)電器,應(yīng)用非常廣泛。其中,脫扣器是低壓斷路器的檢測(cè)和故障處理單元,它對(duì)被保護(hù)電路進(jìn)行電參數(shù)的檢測(cè)和判斷,決定斷路器是否動(dòng)作和如何動(dòng)作。 本文采用的是通過(guò)利用單片機(jī)來(lái)具體實(shí)現(xiàn)的,其中智能脫扣器由單片機(jī)基本系統(tǒng)單元、模擬信號(hào)檢測(cè)單元、開關(guān)量輸入單元、執(zhí)行電路、通信接口、人機(jī)接口、電源等部分組成。本文設(shè)計(jì)的主要工作流程為:檢測(cè)來(lái)自電壓互感器和電流互感器的電壓、電流信號(hào),并將其轉(zhuǎn)換為數(shù)字信號(hào)輸入單片機(jī)中進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的運(yùn)算和邏輯判斷,若判定到發(fā)生故障則由執(zhí)行電路做出驅(qū)動(dòng)斷路器動(dòng)作。通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì),基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了預(yù)期的要求和目的對(duì)智能脫扣器的工作有了更深入的理解。本次設(shè)計(jì)也能夠?yàn)榈蛪簲嗦菲鞯墓ぷ飨到y(tǒng)帶來(lái)更多的方便,使自動(dòng)化在電力系統(tǒng)中有更多的應(yīng)用。 關(guān)鍵詞:斷路器 單片機(jī) 數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換 串行通信接口
ABSTRACT:Low voltage circuit breaker (also known as the automatic air switch) is an important in low voltage power grid control and protection of electrical appliances, application is very broad. Among them, the tripping device is the low voltage circuit breaker testing and fault processing unit, it is protection circuit for electric parameters testing and judgment, to decide whether circuit breaker action and how to action. In this paper is through the use of single chip microcomputer to the specific implementation, the intelligent tripping device by microcomputer basic system unit, analog signal detection unit, switch input unit, and executive circuit, communication interface, man-machine interface, power supply, etc. Parts. Designed in this paper the main work flow is: testing from the voltage transformer and current transformer, voltage, current signal and converts it to digital signal input microcontroller for data calculations and logical judgment, if decide to down the drive circuit breaker action made by the executive circuit. Through this design, the basic realization of the expected requirements and the purpose of the intelligent tripping device work has a more in-depth understanding. This design is able to work for low voltage circuit breaker system brings more convenience, have more applications in the automation in power system.
