摘 要:現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線技術(shù)是當(dāng)今自動(dòng)化技術(shù)發(fā)展的熱點(diǎn)之一,被人們譽(yù)為是自動(dòng)化領(lǐng)域的計(jì)算機(jī)局域網(wǎng)。變電站的信息和數(shù)據(jù)共享以及采用實(shí)用、可靠、高效的通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)和協(xié)議,可以使變電站自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)的功能得到優(yōu)化,并且提高了變電站系統(tǒng)的自動(dòng)化水平。隨著電力網(wǎng)的擴(kuò)大和計(jì)算機(jī)測(cè)控技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,基于現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線的測(cè)控系統(tǒng)將廣泛的應(yīng)用到電力系統(tǒng)的變電站中。 本論文以CAN總線為基礎(chǔ),研究它在變電站測(cè)控系統(tǒng)中的應(yīng)用原理,針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)中存在的種種缺陷,設(shè)計(jì)了由CAN總線組成的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)總線型測(cè)控網(wǎng)絡(luò),并且論述了CAN總線技術(shù)的原理。測(cè)控單元完成的任務(wù)是把被檢測(cè)的模擬信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字信號(hào),并由計(jì)算機(jī)加工處理,以便進(jìn)行控制、顯示或打印。采用雙CPU結(jié)構(gòu),一片CPU完成模擬量采集并處理、開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入/輸出和人機(jī)接口功能,CPU1采用MOTOLOLA公司的MC68F333為核心處理器組成的應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)。另一片CPU與CAN總線接口通信,就是給CAN總線發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)以及接收CAN總線上傳下來(lái)的數(shù)據(jù)同時(shí)還要做出處理。并應(yīng)用SPI總線完成兩CPU間的數(shù)據(jù)交換。CAN總線在變電站綜合自動(dòng)化系統(tǒng)中擔(dān)負(fù)著重要任務(wù),主要復(fù)雜測(cè)控網(wǎng)絡(luò)的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸。 關(guān)鍵詞:CAN總線 測(cè)控單元 雙CPU SPI總線
ABSTRACT:Field bus technology is one of the development of automation technology,Known as the computer local area network in automation field.Substation information and data sharing and the practical, reliable, efficient communication network and protocol, can make the substation automation system function has been optimized, and improves the level of automation of substation automation system..With the continuous development of the expanding of power network and computer control technology, control systems based on field bus will be widely applied to substation in power system. This thesis is based on the CAN bus, the principle of its application in substation control system, aiming at the defects of the traditional control system, the design of field bus control network based on CAN bus, and discusses the principle of CAN bus technology.Measurement and control unit of the tasks is the analog signals are detected are converted into digital signals, and the computer processing, in order to control, display or print. Adopts double CPU structure, a CPU complete analog acquisition and processing, switch input / output and the man-machine interface, the application system of CPU1 using MC68F333 as the core processor.Another piece of CPU and CAN bus communication interface, that is to send data to the CAN bus and receiving CAN bus data and make the corresponding treatment. And the application of SPI bus to complete the data exchange between two CPU.
