摘 要:要求對(duì)電度表進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)讀表既是用電戶(hù)的切身利益,又是電力企業(yè)管理的重要環(huán)節(jié), 因此得到電力企業(yè)和社區(qū)管理的高度重視。但是電度表種類(lèi)繁多、分布廣泛、工作環(huán)境條件各異、管理水平參差不齊,給準(zhǔn)確、及時(shí)讀表帶來(lái)嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn)。目前,國(guó)家正在推廣智能電表技術(shù),以不進(jìn)入用戶(hù)室內(nèi)的方式實(shí)現(xiàn)方便查表,使大量數(shù)字化查表工作逐步代替人工查表傳送。現(xiàn)有的自動(dòng)抄收系統(tǒng)存在許多弊端,因此,開(kāi)發(fā)一套兼具經(jīng)濟(jì)、高效、穩(wěn)定、可靠、適用面寬的電表自動(dòng)抄收系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)呼之欲出。 本課題研究的是基于VB平臺(tái)的讀表系統(tǒng)。首先建立PC機(jī)和多功能電表之間的硬件通訊,利用USB轉(zhuǎn)485進(jìn)行連接,RS485與電表通過(guò)雙絞線(網(wǎng)線)連接,采用RS485異步串行通訊方式通信;軟件方面運(yùn)用VB語(yǔ)言編寫(xiě)讀表軟件模塊,通過(guò)對(duì)模塊建立MSComm 控件和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)鏈接實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)電表各個(gè)參數(shù)的讀數(shù)和存儲(chǔ)。系統(tǒng)的實(shí)際運(yùn)行和測(cè)試表明:該系統(tǒng)滿足DL/T614-1997多功能電能表通信協(xié)議方式,運(yùn)行可靠穩(wěn)定,操作簡(jiǎn)單,抄得的數(shù)據(jù)準(zhǔn)確,達(dá)到了預(yù)定的目標(biāo),滿足了實(shí)際的需求,具有工程應(yīng)用價(jià)值。 關(guān)鍵詞:自動(dòng)抄表系統(tǒng) 通訊協(xié)議 VB RS485
ABSTRACT:Require meter for accurate and timely meter reading is both vital interests of electricity customers, but also an important part of enterprise management power, so get power enterprises and community management's attention. But meter variety, widely distributed, working conditions vary, the management level uneven, giving accurate, timely meter reading pose serious challenges. Currently, the state is promoting smart metering technology, the user does not enter the room to be achieved easily look-up table to make a lot of digital work gradually instead of doing lookup transmission. Collecting existing automated systems has many drawbacks, therefore, develop a set of both economic and efficient, stable, reliable and suitable meter wide has been pretty automatic meter reading system. The research is based on the VB platform meter reading system. First established between the PC and the multifunction meter hardware communication, connect via USB to 485, RS485 with the meter via UTP (network cable) connection, asynchronous serial communication using RS485 communication; software using VB language Meter Reading software module, through the establishment of the MSComm control module and Access database links the various parameters to achieve the meter readings and storage. The actual operation of the system and test showed that: the system meets DL/T614-1997 multifunction energy meter communication protocol, running stable and reliable, simple operation, ransacked the data is accurate, reaching the intended target, to meet the actual needs, with engineering application value.
