摘要:直接轉矩控制技術是繼矢量控制技術之后發(fā)展起來的一種新型、高性能變頻調(diào)速技術。它省去了復雜的矢量變化,克服了矢量控制系統(tǒng)對電機轉子參數(shù)的依賴性,響應快、控制結構簡單、易于實現(xiàn)全數(shù)字化。 本文介紹了異步電機直接轉矩控制的基本原理和系統(tǒng)的基本構成。在此基礎上,通過Matlab/Simulink建立了各個模塊的仿真模型,構建了直接轉矩控制仿真系統(tǒng),既利用空間矢量的分析方法,同時在定子坐標系下計算和控制交流電動機的磁鏈和轉矩,直接跟蹤定子磁鏈和轉矩,并采用定子磁場定向,借助于離散的兩點式(Band-Band控制)產(chǎn)生PWM信號,對逆變器的開關狀態(tài)進行最佳控制,以獲得高動態(tài)性能的轉矩響應。通過直接改變影響電動機性能的磁鏈滯環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)器和轉矩滯環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)器的參數(shù),實現(xiàn)了對電動機的直接轉矩的控制。通過對仿真結果分析表明直接轉矩控制技術對異步電機速度控制是可行的和可靠的。 關鍵詞:異步電機,直接轉矩控制,Simulink,仿真
Abstract:The Direct Torque Control(DTC)following the Vector Control is a new type and high-performance technology. Compared with Vector Control Which has complicated coordinate transformation and strong dependency of parameters, the DTC technique of induction motors is known to have a simple control structure,fast torque responses and easy to implement. The basic principle and structure of DTC have been introduced.The whole DTC simulation system is realized based on Matlab/simulink platform.the method of Park vector is used. The signal of PWM is bulit by dint of the discrete band-band adjustment in order to control optimally the state of the switches of inverter and get dynamic and static response of the optimal system. The motor by changing the parameters of flux chain hysteresis regulartor and torque hydteresis regulartor to achieve DTC is controlled.Getting and analysing the chart by simulating to confirmation the validity and reliability of DTC.
