【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,進(jìn)入21世紀(jì)嶄新工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域。PLC仍然能夠引導(dǎo)自動(dòng)化行業(yè)的發(fā)展,而長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)PLC始終處于工業(yè)自動(dòng)化控制領(lǐng)域主戰(zhàn)場(chǎng),為各種各樣的自動(dòng)化設(shè)備提供了非??煽康目刂茟?yīng)用,隨著電子事業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,PLC已經(jīng)可以在各個(gè)領(lǐng)域去適應(yīng)不同的客戶要求。 本課題是應(yīng)用PLC的可變參數(shù)PI控制來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)單容水箱的快速、精確、穩(wěn)定控制。因?yàn)閱稳菟鋺T性系數(shù)小,所以無(wú)需采用微分控制。通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)尋找一組可以迅速減小誤差的PI參數(shù)和一組在誤差小時(shí)超調(diào)小,狀態(tài)穩(wěn)定的參數(shù)。然后在可變參數(shù)控制中結(jié)合兩組參數(shù)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),達(dá)到理想效果。 本文的主要內(nèi)容包括:水箱的特性確定與實(shí)驗(yàn)曲線分析, S7-200可編程控制器的硬件掌握,PID參數(shù)的整定及各個(gè)參數(shù)的控制性能的比較,應(yīng)用PID控制算法所得到的實(shí)驗(yàn)曲線分析,整個(gè)系統(tǒng)各個(gè)部分的介紹和應(yīng)用PLC語(yǔ)句編程來(lái)控制水箱水位。 【關(guān)鍵詞】:S7-200西門子PLC、控制對(duì)象特性、PID控制算法、PID指令。
【Abstract】: With the development of the computer technology, PLC automation is able to guide the development of the industry. While the PLC is always used in the field of industrial automation, it controls the main battlefield for a wide business. PLC has been able to adapt in various fields and different customer requirements. The graduation project topic is the PLC Variable parameter PI control to achieve the single-capacity water tank’s fast, accurate and stable control. Due to the inertia coefficient of the single-tank water level control was small, differential control was not adopted. A set of PI parameters that can quickly reduce the error and a set of parameters in the error-hour steady state control were found by experiment.Then the variable parameters control in combination with a two set of parameters advantages can achieve the desired effect. In article, it mainly includes: water tank characteristic determination and experimental curve analysis; the S7-200 programmable controller hardware grasps; PID parameter installation and each parameter control performance comparison; experimental curve analysis obtains which using the PID control algorithm and overall system each part of introduction and programs using the PLC sentence controls the water tank water level. 【Key words】: SIMATIC S7-200 PLC, the controlled member characteristic, the PID control algorithm。
