摘要:目前,風機、水泵是國民經(jīng)濟中應用廣泛的生產(chǎn)設備,廣泛地應用于電力、水處理、供水、城市供熱、冶金礦產(chǎn)、港口機械、石油化工等工業(yè)領域,耗電量很大,幾乎占工業(yè)耗電量的一半。目前,大多數(shù)風機、水泵都采用閥門或檔板來調節(jié)流量以滿足負荷變化的要求,或使用低效調速方法,浪費電能嚴重 。 本文在客觀分析風機、泵類負載調速技術發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎上,針對傳統(tǒng)串級調速系統(tǒng)功率因數(shù)低的問題,結合雙饋電動機節(jié)能調速的具體實際,對斬波式串級調速系統(tǒng)的設計方案進行了詳細討論,分析并計算了系統(tǒng)各環(huán)節(jié)的參數(shù)及系統(tǒng)的機械特性。設計了雙饋電機的斬波式串級調速系統(tǒng)。調速系統(tǒng)采用絕緣柵雙極型晶體管(IGBT)作為直流斬波器,并使用了采用轉速、電流雙閉環(huán)控制。系統(tǒng)能通過控制斬波器的占空比來改變電機轉子回路的附加電勢,從而達到調速的目的。 關鍵詞: 雙饋電機;串級調速;斬波;MATLAB仿真
Abstract:At present, fans, pumps are widely used in the national economy of production equipmen and the field of electricity, water treatment, water supply, urban heating, metallurgy, mineral, port machinery, petroleum chemical industry, the power consumption is large, accounting for almost half of the industrial electricity consumption. At present, the majority of fans, pumps use valve or baffle to adjust the flow to meet the requirements of the load changes, or the use of inefficient speed control, but this way has a serious waste of energy. On the basis of the objective analysis of the status of the fan or pump load speed technology ‘s development. This paper is in case of Conventional cascade speed control system with low power factor, combined with the specific reality of the double-fed motor energy saving speed control,a detailed discussion had been made about the chopping cascade speed control system design and had a analysis and calculation of the mechanical properties of the various links of the system parameters and system.. A double-fed motor chopping cascade speed control system was designed. The speed control system uses insulated gate bipolar transistor ((IGBT) as the DC chopper and the speed and current closed-loop control are used. In the system the speed can be controlled by the way to control the duty cycle of the chopper to change the additional potential of rotor circuit.
