摘要:從節(jié)電的角度出發(fā)，本文設(shè)計了一種智能化的教學(xué)樓教室照明控制系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)包括系統(tǒng)硬件框圖、硬件各模塊的連接，及系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計。論文詳細介紹了該系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案及工作原理，并在三菱PLC機上運行，實現(xiàn)了具有時間、光亮和是否有人均涉及的智能化控制系統(tǒng)。 關(guān)鍵詞：系統(tǒng)；節(jié)能；PLC；程序；照明
Abstract:From energy-saving perspective, this paper designs a kind of intelligent teaching building classroom lighting control system, including system hardware block diagram of the hardware system, the connection of the module, and system software design. The paper introduces in detail the design of the system and the principle of work, and in the Mitsubishi PLC machine running, realizes the functions of time, bright and whether people relates to the intelligent control system. 高等院校在教學(xué)過程中要消耗相當多的電能, 例如; 教室照明、實驗、實習(xí)、科研等均需電能的支持。據(jù)某學(xué)院統(tǒng)計, 僅教學(xué)中所耗電能約占到該校電量的50% , 年付電費達100 多萬元。然而調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn), 在教學(xué)過程中電能浪費的現(xiàn)象卻比較嚴重。教室長明燈、教室內(nèi)燈多人少、白天光線強也不關(guān)燈等現(xiàn)象隨處可現(xiàn)。這無疑浪費了電能, 增大了教學(xué)成本, 增加了學(xué)院的支去。例如一幢5層樓的教學(xué)樓共有教室40間, 每間教室裝有12 盞或者16 盞40W的日光燈用于教室照明。由于存在上述現(xiàn)象, 一幢教學(xué)樓每年將多支出2萬多元電費。針對教室用電浪費嚴重的現(xiàn)象, 提出對教學(xué)樓照明系統(tǒng)進行技術(shù)改造, 將教室的照明用電實行智能化管理, 使教室的照明用電合理有效使用。本文就照明智能控制裝置中PLC 控制技術(shù)的應(yīng)用予以介紹。
