摘要:目前我國經(jīng)濟(jì)正在進(jìn)行消費結(jié)構(gòu)升級和產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整，城市化步伐加快，對電力基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)服務(wù)的需求不斷增長；而我國電力供應(yīng)長期處于供不應(yīng)求狀態(tài)，說明加快發(fā)電站的建設(shè)是十分必要的。水電站運行趨向于手動、半自動過渡到全自動，即有人值守過渡到無人值守運行。 現(xiàn)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)技術(shù)的發(fā)展以及自動化技術(shù)的進(jìn)步，人們對自動化監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的要求越來越高。界面要求簡單明了、宜于操作、數(shù)據(jù)采集實時性好，以及提高可靠監(jiān)控性；同時還要求開發(fā)周期短，系統(tǒng)便于更改、擴(kuò)充、升級。組態(tài)軟件符合這些要求因此在工業(yè)領(lǐng)域得到廣泛應(yīng)用。這里選用北京亞控發(fā)展有限公司生產(chǎn)的組態(tài)軟件“組態(tài)王”，應(yīng)用在水利發(fā)電站的機(jī)組監(jiān)控中，實現(xiàn)實時檢測與控制各項數(shù)據(jù)，定時打印數(shù)據(jù)報表，查詢歷史數(shù)據(jù)、報警信息、顯示溫度曲線。 運用北京亞控發(fā)展有限公司生產(chǎn)的組態(tài)軟件“組態(tài)王”，對水電站進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。從而在機(jī)組運行上做到減少一線的人力投入、增加機(jī)組高效運行率、維修機(jī)組時方便尋找故障源。 關(guān)鍵詞：發(fā)電站，監(jiān)控，組態(tài)，發(fā)電機(jī)
Abstract:At present, economy in our country is carrying on the upgrading of consumption structure and industrial structure adjustment, the city changes pace to accelerate, based on electric power industry service demand growth; and the power supply in the long-term supply state, instructions to speed up the construction of power stations is very necessary. Operation of hydropower station tends to manual, semi automatic transition to full automatic, i.e. attended the transition to unattended operation. Now the industrial production the development of technology and automation technology, the automation monitoring and control systems are required more and higher. Interface simple, convenient operation, data acquisition and real-time, and improve the reliability of monitoring; at the same time also requires the development cycle short, easy to change, expand, upgrade system. Configuration software which meets these requirements in industrial fields are widely used. The selection of Beijing Asia development limited company produces" King view configuration software", used in water power station unit monitoring, real-time detection and control of the timing data, print data statements, query historical data, alarm information, showing the temperature curve.
