摘要:十八大報告指出，我國經(jīng)濟總量從世界第六位上升到第二位，社會生產(chǎn)力、經(jīng)濟實力、科技實力邁上一個大臺階，人民生活水平、居民收入水平、社會保障水平邁上一個大臺階，綜合國力、國際競爭力、國際影響力邁上一個大臺階，國家面貌發(fā)生新的歷史性變化。在物質(zhì)生活得到保障的同時，人們對安全越來越重視。 本設(shè)計是在充分了解重慶市綦江區(qū)建設(shè)工程的基礎(chǔ)上，根據(jù)國家相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和行業(yè)標準規(guī)范，結(jié)合其實際安全監(jiān)管體系，對綦江建設(shè)工程進行安全監(jiān)管體系的設(shè)計研究。結(jié)合重慶市綦江區(qū)安全發(fā)展示范區(qū)建設(shè)，本文重點了解了綦江區(qū)交通建設(shè)工程、市政建設(shè)工程、房屋建筑工程、農(nóng)田水利工程，分析了國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)工程安全監(jiān)督管理體系的現(xiàn)狀、綦江區(qū)現(xiàn)行安全監(jiān)督管理體系，提出了綦江區(qū)安全監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)研究的指導(dǎo)思想、創(chuàng)建手段、具體措施等。 關(guān)鍵詞：重慶市綦江區(qū) 建設(shè)工程 安全監(jiān)管 體系研究

本課題結(jié)合綦江區(qū)現(xiàn)階段建設(shè)工程的實情，充分了解我國建設(shè)工程領(lǐng)域安全法律法規(guī)、安全技術(shù)標準與規(guī)范要求的基礎(chǔ)上，分析國內(nèi)外建設(shè)工程行業(yè)發(fā)展狀況及特點。在了解我國及綦江區(qū)各行業(yè)各領(lǐng)域安全管理的特點與機制體制、綦江區(qū)建設(shè)工程安全監(jiān)管體制發(fā)展與現(xiàn)狀、安全管理體制機制的基礎(chǔ)上，對綦江區(qū)安全監(jiān)管體系建設(shè)、管理模式及機制建設(shè)條件進行研究。
