摘要:本工程為重慶醫(yī)科大學新校區(qū)院系樓A棟工程I標段投標文件，所在地為重慶沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學城。該工程的建設單位為重慶醫(yī)科大學，施工圖紙齊全?；A結構采用人工挖孔樁基礎。結構類型為框架結構，總建筑面積8414.77㎡，六層公共建筑,層高3.6米，抗震設防烈度為六度，耐火等級二級，使用年限五十年。 該投標文件的編制是以重慶醫(yī)科大學新校區(qū)院系樓A棟工程I標段施工設計圖紙，國家和地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術規(guī)范、標準等為依據(jù)，結合了工程附近的具體的建造環(huán)境、地質資料等條件編制，明確了招標范圍、招標方式和主要合同條款、招標文件等內容。 投標文件參照建筑施工圖紙，建筑總說明，及各種圖集對工程量進行了認真詳細的計算，應用廣聯(lián)達軟件套出相應的定額并進行了調價，最后導出所需表格。 關鍵詞：工程建設項目 編制依據(jù) 投標文件
