摘要:重慶科技學院教工宿舍D棟工程為重慶市重點建設(shè)工程,本工程位于重慶市渝北區(qū)空港新城同茂大道和秋城大道相交處西北側(cè),同時也位于軌道交通五、十號線交匯處的西北側(cè),即重慶空港新城兩路組團。大樓在形式與體量上和周邊相互呼應(yīng),形成空港新城地區(qū)標式建筑。工程為集娛樂、餐飲、會議及辦公等綜合性功能的辦公大樓;建設(shè)規(guī)模大,設(shè)計定位高,采用了多項先進合理的施工新技術(shù)。工程建設(shè)伊始,業(yè)主、設(shè)計、監(jiān)理以及承建方就將“精品工程”作為工程目標進行實施,并提出了安全目標確保“市標化”,爭創(chuàng)“巴渝杯”,質(zhì)量目標確保“三峽杯優(yōu)質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)工程獎”,力爭國家優(yōu)質(zhì)工程金獎“魯班獎”的口號。 精品工程創(chuàng)建需要從策劃、過程實施、總結(jié)提煉全過程進行控制。其中技術(shù)和質(zhì)量是兩個主要的內(nèi)容。開展技術(shù)創(chuàng)新是精品工程水平不斷提升的動力,是建筑企業(yè)的核心競爭力;確保質(zhì)量創(chuàng)優(yōu)是工程建設(shè)的直接目標,是建筑企業(yè)立信于社會的重要基石。 本工程建筑總面積約10萬m2。其中四層地下室約4萬 m2、裙樓約1.6萬 m2、1號主樓(6~34F、機房層、水箱層)約4.4萬m2。本工程屬一類高層建筑,最大建筑高度(地上/地下):163.8m/-17.2m;最大建筑層數(shù)(地上/地下):36F/-4F;層高分布為:-2F至-4F層高為3.9m、-1F層高為5.5m、11F及22F層高為5.4m、其余層層高均為4.5m。本建筑主要結(jié)構(gòu)體系為框架核心筒結(jié)構(gòu),建筑主體結(jié)構(gòu)合理使用年限為50年。 關(guān)鍵詞:工程概況 編制依據(jù) 工期
