摘要:該投標文件的編制是以重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)后勤職工宿舍的施工合同以及施工設計圖紙，根據(jù)國家及地方建筑要求，合理施工，注重時間安排和施工質(zhì)量，在確保工期的前提下按質(zhì)按量地完成。本工程擬定工期為190個日歷天。 本工程為重慶城市管理職業(yè)學院新校區(qū)后勤職工宿舍，所在地為重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)大學城。該工程的建設單位為重慶市管理職業(yè)學院，工程由中國大地建筑事務所設計院有限公司設計，本工程為磚混結構，結構層數(shù)為六層，工程是為了給職工提供休息的場所，為保障用房質(zhì)量，應當嚴格按照圖紙及施工規(guī)范進行施工。 為了能盡早滿足建筑的實際用處，安排人員盡早使用，如果我方有幸能夠中標，我們將完全遵照國家及地區(qū)標準及要求合理施工，按質(zhì)按量的完成，保證所有的施工流程及施工工藝都符合現(xiàn)代化及標準化的要求，最大化的完成要求。 關鍵詞：質(zhì)量要求 工程性質(zhì) 工程用途 承諾
