摘要:本畢業(yè)設計內(nèi)容為重慶城市管理學院學生宿舍C棟投標文件編制。該工程位于重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學城，建設單位為重慶城市管理學院，由重慶大學建筑設計研究院設計，施工圖紙齊全。本工程采用獨立基礎，主體工程為磚混+局部框架結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為二級，抗震設防烈度為六度，工程類別為四類，共五層，樓層高度15.8米，建筑面積2446.69平方米 本畢業(yè)設計的內(nèi)容包括，重慶城市管理學院學生宿舍C棟所有土建和鋼筋的軟件算量，以及首層土建和鋼筋的手工算量。所用到的軟件有廣聯(lián)達鋼筋算量軟件、廣聯(lián)達圖像算量軟件、廣聯(lián)達計價軟件以及天正CAD等；手工算量用到的資料有《平法圖集2011》、《透過案例學平法》等。在此次畢業(yè)設計中遇到的最大的困難是對土建算量的不熟悉，但是通過查閱相關(guān)資料，以及老師的耐心指導和同學的幫助，使我克服困難，同時也使我的畢業(yè)設計得以順利進行。本次畢業(yè)設計最大的收獲是對鋼筋的算量有了一個非常具體的認識，這要得益于在手工算量中遇到的各種問題，伴隨著這些問題的一一解決也使我對鋼筋的算法有了一個非常清楚的了解。 關(guān)鍵詞：商務標 工程量 工程造價
