摘要:本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)做的是重慶城市管理學(xué)院學(xué)生宿舍G棟工程商務(wù)標(biāo)，其中包括投標(biāo)函、投標(biāo)報(bào)價(jià)和手工預(yù)算書。 該工程所在地位于重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學(xué)城，設(shè)計(jì)方為重慶大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，建設(shè)方為重慶科技學(xué)院。工程結(jié)構(gòu)方面，基礎(chǔ)采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)，主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用全現(xiàn)澆混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)，主樓為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，裙樓為框架結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級(jí)為二級(jí)，抗震設(shè)防基本烈度為6度，工程類別為二類。 在本次設(shè)計(jì)中，主要依據(jù)為國家在建筑方面的相關(guān)法律法規(guī)和建設(shè)部的各項(xiàng)規(guī)范，除此之外還有重慶市的一些地方性文件以及重慶08相關(guān)定額的內(nèi)容。采用了手工算量與軟件算量相結(jié)合的形式進(jìn)行工程量計(jì)算，如使用CAD進(jìn)行導(dǎo)圖以及用廣聯(lián)達(dá)鋼筋抽樣、圖形算量和GBQ軟件進(jìn)行工程量計(jì)算、套定額等工作。 最后，通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，我自己第一次親手做了一次完整的土建預(yù)算，對(duì)其中的各種流程也有了深刻的印象。經(jīng)過這次的鍛煉，自己的手算能力有了很大的提高，能夠自己獨(dú)立完成一些基礎(chǔ)的算量。另外就是廣聯(lián)達(dá)軟件的操作方面，了解了如何導(dǎo)圖以及樓梯、樁基礎(chǔ)如何進(jìn)行計(jì)算等知識(shí)，使自己的操作水平有了很大的提高。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程概況 編制依據(jù) 方法
