摘要:編制施工組織設(shè)計是對擬建工程施工的全過程實行科學(xué)管理的重要手段,通過施工組織設(shè)計的編制,可以全面考慮擬建工程的各種具體施工條件,揚長避短地擬定合理的施工方案,確定施工順序、施工方法、勞動組織和技術(shù)經(jīng)濟的組織措施,合理地統(tǒng)籌安排擬定施工進度計劃,保證擬建工程按期投產(chǎn)或交付使用,也為擬建工程的設(shè)計方案在經(jīng)濟上編制基本建設(shè)計劃和施工企業(yè)編制施工計劃提供依據(jù)。施工企業(yè)可以提前掌握人力、材料和機具使用上的先后順序,全面安排資源的供應(yīng)與消耗;可以合理地確定臨時設(shè)施的數(shù)量、規(guī)模和用途;以及臨時設(shè)施、材料和機具在施工場地上的布置方案。 馳華獅王華府住宅小區(qū)A標(biāo)2標(biāo)段是由重慶大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計??傆媱澒て?16天,總建筑面積為 6372㎡ ,建筑高度為27.75m,建筑層數(shù)為6F。 本施工組織設(shè)計嚴(yán)格按照工程招標(biāo)范圍和施工圖的相關(guān)要求進行編制,在人員管理、設(shè)備配置、材料供應(yīng)、質(zhì)量要求、進度、安全、成本控制等方面統(tǒng)一部署的原則下編制。 關(guān)鍵字:科學(xué)管理 合理 方案 施工組織設(shè)計
