摘要:本《施工組織設(shè)計(jì)》作為技術(shù)性文件，對(duì)工程的施工工期、質(zhì)量目標(biāo)、安全文明施工目標(biāo)、項(xiàng)目管理架構(gòu)設(shè)置與勞動(dòng)力組織、施工進(jìn)度計(jì)劃控制及本工程擬配置的機(jī)械設(shè)備、試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)儀器設(shè)備及周轉(zhuǎn)材料配備等，以及對(duì)主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工技術(shù)措施、安全文明施工及降低成本、推廣新技術(shù)等諸多因素盡可能做了充分考慮，突出其科學(xué)性、適用性及針對(duì)性。 本施工組織設(shè)計(jì)是為重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)富力城3D組團(tuán)16#樓投標(biāo)需要編制的。編制的指導(dǎo)思想是：投標(biāo)時(shí)為業(yè)主著想，施工時(shí)對(duì)業(yè)主負(fù)責(zé)，竣工時(shí)讓業(yè)主滿意，同時(shí)在經(jīng)濟(jì)上合理，技術(shù)上可靠的前提下，保質(zhì)、保量、保工期。 本工程為重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)富力城3D組團(tuán)16#樓住宅樓，重慶市沙坪壩區(qū)大學(xué)城，設(shè)計(jì)單位為重慶建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院，監(jiān)理單位為重慶市工程建設(shè)監(jiān)理公司，承建方為中建二局西南分公司。本工程屬為鋼筋混凝土剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，建筑耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí)，建筑結(jié)構(gòu)使用年限為50年，抗震設(shè)防烈度為6度?，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)基本具備“三通一平”條件。 關(guān)鍵詞：施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 工程概況
