摘要:本畢業(yè)設(shè)計為重慶科技學(xué)院經(jīng)濟適用房C4棟投標(biāo)文件編制。工程所在地為重慶沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學(xué)城。該工程的建設(shè)單位為重慶科技學(xué)院，由重慶大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計研究院設(shè)計，施工圖紙齊全。采用人工挖孔樁基礎(chǔ)，上部主體為剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級為二級，建筑耐火等級一級，抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度，工程類別一類，居住戶數(shù)307戶，總建筑面積18747.84平方米。 該投標(biāo)文件的編制是以重慶科技學(xué)院經(jīng)濟適用房C4棟施工設(shè)計圖紙，國家和地方現(xiàn)行的一系列施工和技術(shù)規(guī)范、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等為依據(jù)，套取“重慶市建筑工程計價定額（2008）”，取費標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按照一類工程計取，材料價差按照2013年4月份市場信息計取。 在畢業(yè)設(shè)計編制過程中，使用廣聯(lián)達圖形軟件和鋼筋算量軟件，結(jié)合手工算量，完成工程量計算，然后應(yīng)用廣聯(lián)達計價軟件進行套價，最終得出該工程的工程造價為17,124,355.86元。這個過程中，由于軟件操作的生疏，對定額規(guī)范的不熟悉，出現(xiàn)了錯項、漏項的情況；不過，這些問題在老師的指導(dǎo)和同學(xué)的幫助下最后都一一解決了。 通過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計，我的業(yè)務(wù)水平提升了一定層次，主要有以下幾點收獲：一是學(xué)習(xí)了一棟住宅從頭至尾的預(yù)算內(nèi)容；二是軟件操作技巧有所鞏固和提高；三是對于手工算量的計量規(guī)則更加明確了。 關(guān)鍵詞：工程概況 編制依據(jù) 困難 解決方法
ABSTRACT:This graduation design for the Chongqing University of Science and Technology affordable housing building C4 the preparation of tender documents, The project is located in Huxi town Chongqing city Shapingba District University. The project construction units for the Chongqing University of Science and Technology, architectural design by the Institute of Chongqing University, and construction drawings complete. The artificial hole digging pile foundation, the upper part of the main for the concrete structure, the structural safety of grade II, the fire resistance of grade I, for the six seismic fortification intensity, type of construction work for the one category. It can accommodate 307 households. The total construction area of 18747.84 square meters. The preparation of the bidding documents is the Chongqing University of Science and Technology affordable housing C4 building construction design drawings, national and local construction and the existing series of technical specifications, standards-based, Taking "valuation norm of Chongqing Construction Engineering (2008)," fee standards according to the type of construction work for the one category. The material price of difference calculation is taken the market information in 2013 April. In the process of graduation design, using the software of GuangLianda drawing calculation and steel calculation, combined with manual calculation completed of the project and apply valuation software to take the price, finally the engineering cost of the project is RMB 17124355.86. In this process, because the software operation of the strange, unfamiliar with the quota standard, appeared in the wrong item, leak case; however, these problems are solved by teacher's guidance and students’ help. Through this graduation design, my business level in a certain level, mainly has the following several points: one is the harvest of learning a house budget content from a to z; two is to consolidate and improve the software operation skills; three is to gauge manual calculation is more clear.
