摘要:本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)為重慶科技學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房C5棟工程投標(biāo)文件編制。該工程為5層公共建筑,所在地為重慶沙坪壩區(qū)虎溪鎮(zhèn)大學(xué)城,總建筑面積14087.69平方米。結(jié)構(gòu)類型為框架結(jié)構(gòu),耐火等級(jí)為二級(jí),抗震設(shè)防烈度為六度,使用年限50年。本投標(biāo)文件編制范圍為主體工程建筑、結(jié)構(gòu),不含給排水、電氣、環(huán)境及室內(nèi)二次精裝修設(shè)計(jì)。 本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的主要依據(jù)和資料包括國(guó)家及地方現(xiàn)行設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范、規(guī)程:《重慶市建筑工程計(jì)價(jià)定額計(jì)算規(guī)則(2008)(R9.7.1.1254)》;《重慶科技學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)適用房C5棟工程設(shè)計(jì)圖紙》;《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)施工圖平面整體表示方法制圖規(guī)則和構(gòu)造詳圖》;《重慶2013年第4期建設(shè)工程造價(jià)信息》等。 此次設(shè)計(jì)首先是手工計(jì)算了首層的土建部分工程量和首層的鋼筋工程量,然后運(yùn)用廣聯(lián)達(dá)鋼筋抽樣軟件計(jì)算全部工程的鋼筋工程量,再用廣聯(lián)達(dá)圖形算量軟件計(jì)算全部樓層土建工程量,最后編制投標(biāo)文件,完成整個(gè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)。 經(jīng)過這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì),現(xiàn)在我對(duì)于應(yīng)該如何做預(yù)算,也就是做一個(gè)完整預(yù)算的步驟,已經(jīng)有了比較完整的了解了。掌握了一些沒遇見過的、不懂的具體環(huán)節(jié),而且也鞏固了我曾學(xué)習(xí)到的理論知識(shí)。 關(guān)鍵詞:投標(biāo) 編制依據(jù) 工程量
ABSTRACT:The project is affordable housing in Chongqing institute of technology, building C5. The public building has five floors. Address is Shapingba district of Chongqing Huxi university town. Building area is 14087.69 square meters. Structure is a frame structure, fire resistance rating is secondary, the seismic fortification intensity is 6 degrees, use fixed number of year is 50 years. According to the design contract, the scope of construction drawing design is the principal part of the project construction, structure, not including water supply and drainage, electrical, environmental and interior fine decoration design.. The main basis of the engineering design and the materials with national and local current design specifications, procedures: 《Chongqing construction engineering valuation quota calculation rules (2008) (R9.7.1.1254)》;《 Chongqing institute of technology economy applicable room in C5 building engineering design drawings》; 《The concrete construction drawing plane whole representation and constructional detail mapping rules》; 《The chongqing 2013 no.4 construction engineering cost information》, etc. This design manual is first calculated the civil part of the first layer of quantities of quantities and the first layer of steel, and then use GuangLian da steel sampling software calculate reinforced quantities of all engineering, reoccupy GuangLian of graphics software calculating all floor construction quantities, and finally by the tender documents, complete the graduation design.
