摘要:技術(shù)標(biāo)中的施工組織設(shè)計是建筑施工組織的核心和靈魂，是對工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目全過程的構(gòu)思設(shè)想和具體安排，用來指導(dǎo)施工項(xiàng)目全過程各項(xiàng)活動的技術(shù)、經(jīng)濟(jì)和組織的綜合性文件。編制時對項(xiàng)目管理機(jī)構(gòu)設(shè)置、施工總體部署、施工準(zhǔn)備、主要分部分項(xiàng)工程施工方法、工程質(zhì)量保證措施、安全及文明施工措施、施工現(xiàn)場管理措施等諸多因素盡可能充分考慮，突出科學(xué)性、適用性及針對性，是確保優(yōu)質(zhì)、低耗、安全、文明、高速完成全部施工任務(wù)的重要經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)文件。本設(shè)計主要包括以下內(nèi)容：工程施工組織設(shè)計書、中英文翻譯、施工平面布置圖。為確保工期、質(zhì)量及安全、文明工地，節(jié)約成本等條件，編制出針對性的施工組織設(shè)計，每個分部分項(xiàng)工程的特點(diǎn)、結(jié)構(gòu)特征、施工難易程度工期和質(zhì)量要求，編制出切實(shí)可行的施工方案。以指導(dǎo)施工順利地完成本工程項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)，控制工程成本，創(chuàng)建優(yōu)質(zhì)工程。 關(guān)鍵詞：技術(shù)標(biāo) 工程 施工 設(shè)計組織
